2008 Gp Riders
Ghostwalker replied to barrow boy's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
so how do you decide which riders that are top 15?? Unless there is a determined ranking system of some sort i think there will be very hard to agree on who the 15th best riders are? -
Speedway World Cup 2008
Ghostwalker replied to JanusMillard's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
i remember in 2005 when one of the Swc semi final was held at Smedstadion very good racing and very cheap tickets but only around 5000 spectators. I think the swedish clubs knows that the costs for a swc arrangement is a bit too much compared to how much they get from it. BSI/IMG is not interested in this since it wont generate enough income for them. -
yeah i know we were interested in him in the 1st transfer window. If i remember it correctly he apparently didn't feel ready for the Swedish league. I don't know what average he will come in on 5.00? then he wouldn't have worked as a reserve with Curly and Buczek in the line up. Btw Zetters any more news about our team??

The City is fantastic. A very nice city and it has a fairly big (at least for Sweden/Scandinavia) amusement park; Liseberg and a big shopping centre called Nordstan Gothenburg is the 2nd biggest city in Sweden with some 500'000 people living there. I'm certain that you will like the city. read more at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gothenburg#Culture http://wikitravel.org/en/Gothenburg http://www.goteborg.com/default.aspx?id=528 Ullevi is not as good as Parken or Millennium stadium. I have only been there once 2004 but i found it a bit cold and windy at least if your places are high up on the mid long sides. If its allot of spectators like 30'000+ i think the atmosphere in the arena can bee good but when i was there it wasn't not even half full (capacity is around 40'000), maybe 15'000-20'000 and there were almost no atmosphere at all. IMO its misses the more intimate atmosphere of Cardiff and Copenhagen. Dont remember much of the actual GP. DOnt even remember who won.

there are the 15 riders. http://www.sportowefakty.pl/?dysc_id=4&k1_...&news_id=226340 -
well i find these 4 riders alot more interesting then the 3 who managed to get in via the gp challenge. Also Im relived that Zagar didnt get a WC. I Hope that no team in Britain and Sweden will sign him for Next year he need to learn how to behave first. well its not good but at least we get something out of it.

I've been thinking of going there too and these website might have some hotels listed: http://www.visitcopenhagen.com/ http://www.copenhagenet.dk/ -
no he has ridden 17 heats this season and the rules say that 16 heat is required for an official average. Ludvig will have the average of 2.50 next season. I dont think Indianerna just "let him go" I Think the main reason for Ludvig leaving is that Dackarna could offer more guaranteed rides . In Indianerna he have been competing with Simon G for the second reserve spot in the lineups. Ludvig has ridden 7 meetings and Simon 14. Of course Dackarna surely pays better as well but i don't think that is the main reason?

yeah Im not sure its 100% correct but it gives us a hint about what it is.
