  1. he wasnt dumped. he decided to leave. anyway congratulations to Vetlanda for getting Jurica Pavlic signature.
  2. Indianernas team leader stated that no one is guaranteed a place in the 1-7 lineup and that everyone. Also have in mind that all teams have to use a Swedish u21 rider in the 1-7 lineups. With the new signings of Holta and Walasek together with the Pepe, JBM and Ferjan i suspect that henrik wont fit under the cap with his averge. And IMO Indianerna is doing the right thing putting Simon ahead of Henka. Henka is 38 and simon will be 19 next year. Why favour someone who could decide to quite "any day"?
  3. Henrik "Henka" Gustafsson, the Indian chief himself, have earlier today signed a contract with Rospiggarna. Henka has been an Indianerna rider for 23 seasons but decided to move to Rospiggarna because of that he thinks that his chances of riding is higher there.
  4. i think Dennis Andersson is from Avesta or somewhere nearby?
  5. i dont know much about them except that they indeed deals with sanitation and etc. The name is IKAROS (with a k) here are their website: http://www.ikaros.net
  6. David Howe and Mariusz Wegrzyk have been signed by Örnarna. i think Wegrzyk is on loan from Lejonen who have too many riders.
  7. Magnus "Zorro" Zetterström and Mikael Max have been confirmed as new signings by Ikaros Smederna. Linus Eklöf will also stay with Ikaros Smederna the same goes for Wieslaw Jagus and Krzystof Kasprzak. the only one "missing" now is Daniel King.
  8. Swedish Elitserien team Smederna have reached an agreement with a company named Ikaros about Ikaros putting their name on the team and arena. the new name will be Ikaros Smederna and the new arena name will be Ikaros Stadion. the deal is for 3 years. more info here: http://www.ekuriren.se/link.php?id=766745 and here: http://www.smederna.nu/?page=news&newsid=882
  9. Edward Kennet returns to the highest league in Sweden. He will ride for Vargarna next season.
  10. Västervik have signed kevin doolan who have been riding for vargarna during the 2007 and 2008 seasons.

  12. Getingarna and Hammarby will use the same track, Gubbängens IP, to which you can get bus or subway from Stckholm. Both these teams rides on thursdays starting at 19.00
  13. Actually Both Smederna-Eskilstuna, Rospiggarna- Hallstavik and vargarna-Norrköpingare Easy to get to. Since you are flying with Ryan Air you will probably land on Stockholm-Skavsta (Nyköping) whichs about 100km south of Stockholm. Eskilstuna is about 80Km north of Nyköping and you get there by travelling with the "Flybussarna" (Airport coaches) (directroute). for Hallstavik, Airport coaches or train to Stockholm and then bus or train to Hallstavik. Bus/train To Norrköping.
  14. Elit Vetlanda announced their squad today. The squad contains 2 newcomers: Adrian Gomolski from Valsarna and Patrick Hougaard from Griparna. Notablr id that this confirms that Rune Holta and also Morten Risager will leave Elit Vetlanda.
  15. the dates arent confirmed yet, they are preliminary and may be changed.
  16. young Slovakian prospect Martin Vaculik have decided to stay with Smederna for 2009.
  17. the first round, which still is preliminary, look like this: Piraterna - Lejonen Vargarna - Smederna Vetlanda - Västervik Indianerna - Rospiggarna I think the date is Tuesday April 28th.
  18. Adrian Miedzinski moves from Indianerna from Kumla to Vargarna from Norrköping.
  19. Tomasz Gollob will stay with Västervik for another 2 seasons.
