  1. latest news is that svemo will meet on Monday to clear out all rumours regarding Hammarby.
  2. yes, he will stay with Piraterna (see first page)
  3. Sure there are still riders that have not signed with a team but imo not enough rides to fill the remaining positions. here is the situation the following team need the following amount of riders; (main squad+ guest riders) Dackarna 1+3 EVS 1+0 Ind 2+3 Lej 3+3 Pir 1+1 Vals 7+3 Varg 0+1 Väst 7+3 Hammarby 8+3 which is 30 main squad riders and 20 guestriders
  4. i think its right that Hammarby as winners of the Allsvenskan play off are offered a place in Elitserien. However SVEMO should have done it from the beginning and not when there is just 3 weeks until teams are to be registered. How is Hammarby supposed to be able to find riders now? Currently even without Hammarby there are three teams that are far from finished, Lejonen, Valsarna and Västervik ad a 4th team to that and well there really aren't that many rider good riders left to sign. and The pricetag on them just went up. I think its very unfair for Hammarby to be told that they now must find riders for Elitserien when many teams already have filled their squad.
  5. Chris Harris have signed with Västervik which means that 2011 will be his 6th consecutive season with them.
  6. another quite sad news is that Billy Forsberg have decided to give up is career. He took a year off from speedway this season due to injuries and because Gdansk owed him money (they still do). Billy says that all his stuff is for sale and that he will continue with his "civilian career", BIlly still have some time left as plumber apprentice before he can become a certified plumber. http://www.nt.se/sport/artikel.aspx?ArticleID=6396627
  7. and Kauko Nieminen stays with Rospiggarna in Allsvenskan. http://norrteljetidning.se/sport/speedway/1.1000924-nieminen-stannar-i-rospiggarna
  8. Daniel Nermark stays with Valsarna and he is joined by Victor Palovaara. http://www.vf.se/sport/speedway/nermark-och-palovaara-klara-valsarna
  9. yes they did. In Sweden riders always have two averages: first the starting average which is used when calculating riders averages towards the average cap. The other, which is the rolling average, is updated after each meeting and is used to decide which two riders, in the picked 7 rider lineup, that will be reserves. The two riders in the 7 rider lineup with the lowest rolling averages will be reserves. Also a rider needs to start in 16 heats to get a new valid starting average for the following season. here you have the 2006 & 2007 averages (the new ones are not linkable) the first average is what theystart with and the second is the rolling average. http://www.speedway....sp?Luxo%20Stars http://www.speedway....tt.asp?Dackarna
  10. well Chris don't thank me, thank bajen Rob at masarnas guestbook he's the one who found the info in the first place. I just re-formatted it and translated it.
  11. so i have received info for you: for 2010 and earlier years: an example: AJ starts with 8.45 before 1st meeting which is both match, starting and rolling average before 1st meeting. in 1st meeting: 9p from 5 heats: ((9/5)*4)=7,20 7,20 = new match average number of rounds 16 8,45[rolling average]x16+7,20-8,45[starting average]/16=8,371=8,37 for 2011 AJ 2.112 before 1st meeting.which is both match, starting and rolling average before 1st meeting. again 9 points from 5 heats: and this season 14 rounds. 9/5 = 1,800 = new match average (((2,112 [rolling average]*14 [number of rounds])+1,800)-2,112 [starting average]/14 [number of rounds]=2,0897=2,090)
  12. I can guarantee that Ludvig will get a place in Elitserien next season. From what i have read he is negotiating with several teams. Personally i hope he signs with Indianerna. nope not with Vargarna, the same goes for Daniel King who have had a very poor season. Ludvig will receive 0,838 and again he WILL find a place i would be very very surprised if he didn't find a team place for next season Averages for next season can be found at this link: http://www.svemo.se/...ultHandler.aspx non-Swedish riders that have not been riding in the Swedish league system will receive the same average they have in their home league. Also Australian riders is considered to have the British Leagues as their home leagues, however i am not 100% sure about that or if some leagues are valued differently or not valid for designating their riders averages in Sweden. Previously SVemo have ranked the British and Polish league at the same levels as their Swedish Equivalents but i am not sure if they still are. if a rider doesn't have a home league or if that league is not valid for getting Swedish averages the rider will be appointed a 1,250 average (5,000/4) this is the only info i can find: http://www.aktuellsp...st=series&id=56 http://www.aktuellsp...rom=&ucat=0107& ---- Some other news. Piraterna have signed Jesper B Monberg as a regular rider and Niklas Klingberg as a guest rider according to http://www.piraterna.se/ Jonas Messing have signed with Griparna
  13. an article and interview with Posa: http://svt.se/2.21335/1.2217408/posa_62_satsar_pa_enduro?lid=senasteNytt_1891271&lpos=rubrik_2217408
  14. Maksim Bogdanovs have signed with Vargarna. This means that their regular squad is full but they still have on guestrider slot available,
  15. hmm interesting. Even if Aspegren is a good talent, Dackarna needs a good reserve but they dont have room under the average cap for that if hey going to use all the riders thay have signed so far.
  16. Smederna have reached an agreement Linus Eklöf, Henrik Karlsson, Robert Henderson & Daniel Henderson with them continuing to rider for Smederna. Smederna also hosted a gathering which most of Allsvenskans team were represented at. According to an article some decisions were taken about next years Allsvenskan: team uniforms a version of a season ticket that will be valid on all Allsvenskan arenas a joint/common website will be created, some of the contents will be information about streamed meetings a manual (handbook) about the organizing of a meeting to try and get all meetings to be organized in the same way a joint press and practice for all teams with the two best riders from each team. The teams will try to persuade Svemo to keep the old heat 15 in Allsvenskan so that here will be 16 heats in Allsvenskan source: http://ekuriren.se/sport/speedway/1.852004-fyra-forare-klara
  17. and Robin Törnqvist have signed with Griparna as well as a guest contract with an Elitserie Team.
  18. indianerna had two very talented young riders in Simon and Ludvig however, the latter was often overlooked when it came to the lineups. Simon rode almost every meeting at the reserve while Ludvig often was nr 8. Indianerna preferred to use Henka as the reserve partner to Simon in a majority of Indianerna's meetings in 2007. Ludvig spent almost an entire season as a nr 8 standing at the side of the track watchng the others ride.
  19. i cant see the point of that signing. It seems that Indianerna have forgotten how Ludvig Lindgren was lost to Dackarna.
  20. Obviously its very very hard to predict especially next season with so many good riders in the series. If all riders will be injury free (like that is going to happen ) i think we can expect something like this (no particular order with in the groups): Riders that will fight for Positions 1-3: Hampel, Crump, Gollob, Sajfutdinov, Kolodziej Riders that will fight for remaning top 8 Positions: , Pedersen, Jonsson, Harris, Holder, Bjerre, Holta Riders that probably wont be likely to manage top 8: Hancock, Laguta, Lindbäck and Lindgren. I think Jonsson new team with Carl Blomfelt as chief mechanic and new engine tuner will do him good and secure him top 8 position. I think we might see the same scenario for Greg as we did with Adams last two season. Leigh finished 6th in 2008 but who were almost 20 points behind top 8 in 2009. I think Gollob will launch another good challenge next year too but he will notice that winning two years in a row is very difficult. Crump will have his arm fixed during the winter and will probably claim another podium finish. I think Hampel will be even better next year and i think he might be our champion next season. I think that Zorro probably will ride atleast one GP due to injuries on the permanent riders. I think that Jonas Davidsson will be wild card in Göteborg and Thomas H Jonasson will be wild card in Målilla at least those would be my picks.
  21. He can ride every meeting. There are still some limitations regarding guest riders though. A team cannot use more then two guest riders per meeting and a rider cannot be guest rider at the team he was registered with the previous season. Which means that rider like Ludvig Lindgren and Peter Karlsson cannot move to other teams for 2011 and sign guest rider contracts with Dackarna since both Ludvig and Peter has been registered with Dackarna this season.
  22. Niels Kristian Iversen stays with Indianerna for another year; http://www.indianerna.nu/nyhet.php?id=2086
  23. i think that the lack of SWC race off/final events in Britain and lack of SWC events in Sweden at all, is due to that they find it to expensive. If a track/team wants to host a SWC event they have to pay allot for it just like with the GPs.
  24. Lee Richardson have signed with Vargarna. This means that Vargarna only have room for one more rider.
  25. Piraterna have re-signed Rafal Dobrucki andthey have also signed Anton Rosén as a guestrider. According to the same article Lee Richardson have signed with a team but its not known which team it is yet.
