looked like it worked out pretty good for the danes. Imo what Britain needs is youth speedway and speedway schools, but since there is no(?) 80cc tracks and most (?) teams are owned by promoters it probably isn't likely. -

Gollob seems to have been inspired by Harris. Correct decision by ref. on the latest overlook of the track it looked like a pretty good sized crowd. -

the poor/unreliable weather the past weeks have probably scared away some. -
R.a.r. see my reply on the previous page. In addition to that they will have the annual "enkronasmatch". Which means that all sponsors and regular persons who have signed up for it. will pay 1kr for each spectator that attends The meeting on Tuesday. Fingers crossed for sunny weather and a large crowd.

just a heads up for those who are going to Målilla this week. As mentioned before there have been allot of rain in the area. With flooding and flushed away roads as a result This means that currently the road (road 40) between Eksjö-Mariannelund-Vimmerby have very limited accessibility (flooding). and the road between Mariannelund and Hultsfred (road 129) are closed until further notice. see this map for current info. -
Viktor Palovaara leaves Valsarna for Dackarna. Valsarna will replace him with Daniel Gunnestad. Gunnestad rides on a Swedish license since May this year. It seems though that Valsarna will be able to continue the season. The other riders have managed to come to agreements with Valsarna and they say that they will be able to full fill the season. http://nwt.se/sport/article1135587.ece

It was a very close and tense meeting all the way to the chequered flag in heat 15. Curly rode very well, good to see that his form is on the rise. another special mention should goto Rasmus Broberg. 3+2 from him yesterday despite being sidelined for most of the season. His move in heat 2 was "sensational" although he didn't manage to get any point from it, it was still a nice performance. Rasmus started from gate 2, with Agö on he outside and Nilsson on the inside. The two Örnarna riders took the start and moved into a team riding position. However Rasmus found a non-existing gap between them and just dived into it. Unfortunately Rasmus just didn't have quite enough speed and the Örnarna boys could pull away from him. Fortunately Henrik Karlsson rode well and managed to pass both Nilsson and Agö and secure 3p. Heat 8 was a total mess as well. First start attempt: a very nasty looking crash (typical first bend crash) bikes and riders all over the place. Luckily all riders managed to escape without injuries and they all could ride in the restart. Second attempt: Swisch Agö does T/T. Third attempt: In comes Nilsson and reprises Agö's move and does a T/T as well. Fourth attempt: all three riders successfully manages to gate, Misiek shows that he have not forgotten how to ride around Smedstadion (he used to ride for Smederna until Smederna went broke). Henderson and Broberg gets the freebie points. Heat 14, Smederna's own Batman and Robin does again, bringing home another 5-1 victory for Smederna. Heat 15, Batman and Robin gates but Batman was passed by Alexandr Lokatajew at the end of the first or second lap, securing a 46-44 victory for Smederna and 3 team points. I wasn't particular happy with the track though, too slick for my taste resulting in mostly processional racing. So more grip on the outside please. -

SWC break next week, two weeks from now Canal+ goes to Norrköping and Vargarna.
-
clutch problem? (Hans A).
-
track length is 375m. who is going to stop the Danes in the SWC? Superb ride from Iversen.
-
poor refereeing, way to itchy finger, especially on this track which is a very long track.
-
regarding walk overs, one walk over means some £25'000 in fines, two walk over means degradation.
