Good win for Freddie, quite some luck with the weather as well. The upcoming week promises cold and rainy weather. Hope that Freddie can get his stuff going now and to stick within the top 8. -

All tracks except Mariestad have a 2 min clock. Also it will be announced when 1 min remaining. I have also been told that the starter will point to his clock when 30 seconds are remaining. And as you could see the started tries to get them to the tape but the riders don't bother so i think it was right to exclude them. Some other news is that Smederna have started a co-operation with bus company Tuna Trafik to have bus transportation from central Eskilstuna to the track. http://www.ikarossmederna.nu/?page=news&newsid=2287 -

heat 14: http://max500.tv/max...age/heat14.html It shows that the riders is to blame. Clock or no clock they should not behave like they did. IMO the riders should be fined for bringing the sport into disrepute. -

The weather the past week have been warm and sunny and it is expected to stay like that so i would expect a very dry, hard and slick track. -

there were no heat 14 as the riders where excluded which causes problems for the update system. heat 14 result is actually the result of heat 15. -

all 4 rider excluded in heat 4 for 2 min violating. Apparently there is no clock in Mariestad and the riders supposedly just didn't bother with getting start ready (judging by updates) and the referee excluded all 4. Judging by the updates (without seeing it) the referee did the right thing ex'ing them. The riders have become to lacy and undisciplined. There is no need to stand 3 feet behind the tape and do the all the kicking. Understandable if they want to adjust the clutch or get some air into their goggles but they need to speed it up. Heat 15 is said to have ended 3-3 which means 43-41 to Örnarna. anyway poor performance by Smederna. Eklöf should really be able to do more then 2p. so this is what i would like to see next week: Magnus Zetterström 2,229 Szymon Wozniack 1,618 Kenni Larsen 1,914 Ricky Kling 1,595 Peter Karlsson 2,176 Daniel Henderson 0,918 Rasmus Broberg 0,5 10,95 -
Kev two things. 1. Its Hammarby and not Hammerby and if you ask me i say something is not right in that team. Sure Piraterna are a very good team 2. They raced against Piraterna, not Elit Vetlanda. And yes Piraterna is a strong looking team but imo Dackarna and Eli Vetlanda are even stronger. And so it happens they will meet next week at the Grand Prix track in Målilla.

This is a picture of Antonios primary GP bike: http://avestatidning...PG?maxWidth=468 The engine exploded and the bike catched fire during Antonios first heat in yesterday's Elitserien meeting. -
Dackarna vs. Elit Vetlanda at G&B arena in Målilla is next week's tv meeting. DON'T MISS!!!!

ouch Gollob. broken transmission-chain likely. that gotta hurt. fingers crossed that he is ok. Possibly that he just lost his breath for a moment. He doesn't seems to be to hurt. Sitting up and talking drinking water by his own. and now up and walking.

Media coverage for sure, sponsors-probably not that much. What is needed is tracks of the same quality as Eskilstuna, Vetlanda, Målilla, Kumla... in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö. I think i read that things have gone slightly forward in Gothenburg, were the area zoning planning details have been approved by the city construction office.

There was a long discussion about the fact that many Swedish riders and how many does not have a team place in Sweden. former team manager wanted minimum 5 Swedish riders/lineup. I agree with the fact that some rider like David Ruud and Ludvig Lindgren doesn't have any or very few opportunities to ride in Sweden. I had a look at this weeks lineup and the only team with less then 5 Swedish lineup are Örnarna and Griparna both who have four Swedish riders. The problem with Ruud is that he signed for Lejonen, despite the knowledge of their financial problems and that they did not have an elitlicense. When Lejonen were demoted to div 1, he stood without a team place and asked Smederna for a place. However Smederna already had a full team and had already replaced contracted Gunnestad with Berntzon. I wouldn't mind seeing him at Smederna but sacking another rider would not be a good idea. Possible if there was a mid season rule change that increased the number of guestriders to three. two R's for Emil in his two first heat.
-
Hmm me wonders if Hammarby already have run out of cash? Or why are they so lousy at their own track?
-
I don't think he'll speak Swedish. since the link you provided was the Swedish broadcast. wow young guns, Ivanov and Nilsson brings in a 5-1 for Vargarna vs dudek and gudmundsson.
-
When T-Rick quit the spectators stopped coming->less sponsors and cash and then the riders got better pay at other teams.

Hey pawel.

3 out of 4 riders in heat 2 are from Avesta. Its Only Alex Edberg that are not from Avesta. Track is rubbish so far. Way over watered in the bends.

it seems you will get your sunset tonight.

as already known, Tomasz Jedrzejak is replaced by Okoniewski and Shields is replaced by Bjarne. Edit, weather is warm and sunny at all four tracks.
