Hammarby intends to do R/R for Dennis however a Swedish U21 is mandatory and that rider needs to ride in three heats. So R/R is not an option. According to rule 5.8.5 A team that don't have an available U21 rider. Can still include him in the lineup BUT his will be removed from the lineup at the team manager/referee meeting before the meeting and nr2 place will be empty and his heat cannot be taken by any other rider. The team will also be penalized according to rule 5.2.1 for not fielding a complete team. The current penalty is 10'000kr fine. PK will ride for Lakeside. The meeting between Smederna and Masarna does not affect the final standings so i guess that is why they will let PK ride in England. In the play off, PK will have to ride for Smederna. For Smederna PK, Oliver Berntzon and Kenni Larsen won't be able to ride.
