  1. Actually I don't think so since MJJ is Danish and is thereby free to choose for himself if he want to ride in Sweden or Britain. Swedish federation can only force Swedish riders to ride since as far as i know they have no power to force foreign riders to ride here.
  2. No Vaculik in Vojens: http://speedwaygp.co...-hospital-tests Sounds to me that his problems are similar to those Janusz K had last year?
  3. official attendance was 32xx, a good crowd but far from packed. Double it and it would start getting "crowded" but triple it and it will be packed.
  4. Zorro interview: http://sverigesradio.se/sida/gruppsida.aspx?programid=37&grupp=3841&artikel=5269929
  5. Results as well as statement from Smederna. http://www.ikarossme...ews&newsid=2480 "Igår hände det vi många hoppats på! Ikaros Smederna besegrade Rospiggarna och är klara för Elitserien år 2013." Yesterday it happened that many of us had hoped for. It was a team effort that brought Smederna back intospeedway's finest room. All riders delivered and the club now have a hard work to look forward to. * its not really the exact translation but I couldn't come up with a better one at the moment. Judging by various statements on their website (see above) and twitter as well as the jerseys. It seems that they've already made the decision to step up. Its a very tough job no matter what league you are in. If you go to Elitserien it will cost much much more then Elitserien and it requires more sponsors and spectators. However with the new rules for Elitserien and Allsvenskan, staying in Allsvenskan might risk getting your team drained on good Swedish riders, like Berntzon, Kling, Eklöf as the Elitserien teams needs to have one additional Swedish rider next year. btw found a picture at Tarabanko's twitter. Who's the guy to the left? The guy on the right on the other hand is Zetters, forum member and one of Smederna's two announcers. https://distilleryimage2.s3.amazonaws.com/c7b1533cfded11e19e9622000a1c9e07_7.jpg
  6. Actually that is Not the actual car park. Its just the area inside the main entrance and behind the main grandstand. The car park is to the left on the second picture (behind the fence).
  7. I was at the stadium already at 17.45 so i had plenty of time to walk around the track/arena. I took some photos of the arena although some are quite blurry (sorry auto focus only). You can watch them at this link: http://imgur.com/a/pOHjZ#0
  8. Meeting sligthly delayed due to large que all the way onto the freeway.
  9. yeah the sun is shining. The current temperature is + 16 degrees Celsius and the skies are clear blue. "See you at the track.".
  10. Dave, however MJJ have done better then Tai in both Poland and Sweden.
  11. PK!!! 17P Tonight. tomorrow we'll bring the big hammer
  12. Yes i am at 1st bend. Below Norrtelje tidning billboard. Dark jacket with backpack at my feets. Dad has a beige jacket.
  13. Pathetic from smederna so far. They basically open the door for oponents To pass on the inside. In every heat.
  14. Sundström are obligated to ride for Piraterna. He have no choice.
  15. Elit Vetlanda vs. Indianerna on Tuesday and Piraterna vs. Dackarna on Wednesday.
  16. Kumla heat 11, Holta and Törnblom = 5-1 vs Emil and Thorssell.
  17. I think Dudek and Ward vs, Holder and Greg in heat 15.
  18. Lindgren is not happy with the referee. Freddie says that he dislikes the way the referee is deciding about track grading without consulting the riders before he orders track grading.
  19. Tnx, trip to Avesta went fine. Hallstavik is a bit further away though. Distance is about 180km, or 2½ hours or so by car/bus.
