  1. It seems you have forgotten already about Nicholls & Harris...
  2. IN what way? There are at least 6 rounds that needs allocation in total, 2 quali-rounds 2. Semi-finals race-off final. KL will have one of the semis, Bydgoszcz will have the race-off and final. That leaves three rounds that needs allocation. Bellamy have said earlier that BSI have been in negotiations with Smederna (about a SWC round). The rumour is that Västervik might get one instead. This would be the same as last year when Eskilstuna were favourites to hold the race-off and final but when Dackarna/Målilla were awarded it.
  3. Mikkel Michelsen takes the last regular spot in Smedernas team. They need one more guestrider to make the team complete.
  4. I've read rumours about Västervik getting a round of the SWC next year,
  5. Magnus "Zorro" Zetterström signed a new two contract with Smederna which in practically means that he will finish his career at Smederna.
  6. Linues Eklöf stays with Smederna. Robin Aspegren and Daniel Davidsson have signed with Örnarna in Allsvenskan. Daniel Davidsson have signed with Vargarna in Elitserien.
  7. What do you expect him to say? That they are putting pressure on FIM to ban GP-riders from the SEC?
  8. Emiil S and Andreas J have been announced as the first two wild cards for next season,
  9. Why? Surely you can't decide what others should be allowed to question? Who are you to decide that everyone else should be forced to agree about your opinions? Gollob is most definitely questionable. @Iris123, Laguta should be included because he is possible the best rider outside the GP-series. He have been a very consistent scorer in the leagues for many years but have always been overlooked for a wild card. He is definitely a top 8 candidate and possible a top 5 candidate. I don't know how much you have seen of him but I have seen allot of him this year and he have been very good at finding gaps for overtaking. Regarding Gollob I do hope that BSI continues what they have started with Emil, Holder, Tai and Darcy by bringing in a new fresh young face that will pick up the fight with the other young stars mentioned above. Add Hampel, NKI, Nicki and Laguta to that and we're for a real treat.
  10. can you motivate this? Why are you so confident in this? Gollob have been injured as well but have in mind that Holder also have been injured which means that if both had not been injured Gollob would still probably have finished outside top 8. I can't understand why people are so obsessed with Gollob? He should do what Adams did and bow out of the series. I'd rather have Miedzinski or Dudek (the current would U21 champion) as I think they will add more then an oldie who just don't seem to care. Then Lindgern, why should they give another wild card to Lindgren? What have he shown this season that merits a wild card? AJ missed at least 1½ GPs and have been showing signs of improvement in the last couple of GPs. Lindgren have been as good as he always have been (except for last season). I is usually quite good but just not good enough to get within top 8 in neither the individaul Grand Prix or in the total standings. I also think that Jonsson have a higher capacity then Freddie and Jonsson have rarely needed a wild card to get in to the series ( i think it is twice only) while Freddie have needed a wild card for all except two seasons. Freddie is just another Chris Harris. Jonsson have shown many times that he can finish top 8. He also have 1 podium finishes as well as an additional top 5 finish.
  11. Two more signings: Pk have signed with Smederna and Jonas Davidsson have signed with Rospiggarna. http://www.speedwaynyheter.se/pk-forlanger-med-smederna/ http://www.speedwaynyheter.se/davidsson-har-gjort-klart-med-ny-klubb/ You can follow some of the signings/rumours on twitter with the hashtag #sillyspeedway
  12. Well ask Dackarna's fans, they have been calling themselves champions before each season but it usually ends with them failing to win the title.
  13. Dpn't worry. If you want to know something, just ask. It's what this thread is for.
  14. This is more or less what their will look like 1 Tai Woffinden 2,071 2 Leon Madsen 1,476 3 Emil Sayfutdinov 1,389 4 Tomas H Jonasson 1,341 5 Jarek Hampel 2,280 6 Magnus Karlsson 0,757 7 Jacob Thorssell 0,500 total 9,814 You can fins the official averages here: http://www.svemo.se/...eedway_2014.PDF Have in mind that these are true heat averages (points divided by heats). Results from Vetlanda Open: https://twitter.com/...857161139449856 top 4:
  15. Målilla and Gotherburg is listed at separate dates? it will be one them that hosts the Swedish GP, they won't have one each. There is no way there will be a Swedish Gp at "30/08/2014" when the Stockholm GP is just 4 weeks later. I think its pretty certain that the Swedish GP will be during the spring.
  16. Vojens confirmed at September 13th http://www.fyens.dk/article/2378826:Sport--Speedway-grandprix-tilbage-til-Vojens
  17. race off and finals in Poland according to PHILIPRISING
  18. David 'Davey' Watt and Hans Andersen have signed with Västervik. Västervik have one more spot till fill, possibly it will be Michelsen or Jedrezejak
  19. MIkkel Michelsen will not remain with Dackarna, the team said that they couldn't fit him in under the average cap. https://twitter.com/...479781590249472 Perhaps he'll sign with Västervik that just have told Chris Harris that his team for 8 years in Eliteserien won't have room for him. https://twitter.com/...500489007513600 Sure Harris didn't have his best season is Sweden this year but c'mon, 8 years of loyalty ought to be worth something?
  20. Walasek to Rospiggarna http://norrteljetidning.se/sport/1.2231233-han-blir-rospiggarnas-tredje-nyforvarv
