I prefer the true averages in Elitserien/Allsvenskan before the artificial averages used by other leagues since It is the most accurate average system you can use,

KK, Batchelor and Ljung are the best three riders, Batchelor have 1,662 and Ljung have 1,657. KK have a lower average but as you are aware he has started the season very well. As for Holta and Hans neither have been particular good the past season. Not particular surprising regarding Holta since he have declined the past couple of season. He had 1.557 at the end of 2011 but is now is down to 1.250 after last weeks meeting. I don't expect him to score more then 5-6 p/meeting at the most. I don't know if the home team's manager can see the other team's line-up but I am pretty sure they can, so that he/she can adjust the line-up accordingly to the opponent.

As I said: Some errors when it comes to notice rider changes, like when Bogdanovs replaced Poudzuks but other then that he is ok. Especially since he does not have a speedway background (he is a road racing commentator) and have done less then 10 meetings in total.

Laguta, Vaculik and Miedzinski all rode very good the past weekend and KIldemand is usually pretty good at Vargarna's track. Dackarna still have MJJ out due to injury and Dackarna did not impress me last week against Indianerna so I think that they might struggle against Vargarna especially since Vargarna's track is very shirt and twisty. --- Also a brief explanation about the positioning if riders in the line-up., The riders with the two lowest floating/alternating averages will ride at reserve and the individual position of the reserves are free so the team manager can choose him/herself which of the two riders that goes to nr6/7. The team manager can then choose him/herself which of the five remaining riders goes to which position. Normally the team managers changes the positions depending on if it is a home or away meeting. This is due to how the heat schedule is designed in general and in particular heat 14 where the home team have nr 1 and 5 and the away team nr 3 and 5. So the team manager for the home team usually puts his two best riders as nr1 and 5, while the away team's team manager for the home team usually puts his two best riders as nr 3 and 5 so that the team's two best riders rides in heat 14.

I am pretty sure that many of today's legends weren't legends when they did their first GP-season because a legend isn't something that they become over night but rather after riding for 15-20 years in the Grand Prix series. So imo it is just a poor excuse for overlooking the likes of MJJ, Pawlicki, Dudek...

He, Peter Dahlbom, is ok, not as good as the team at Cmore who does the Elitserien broadcasts, but definitely still ok.

Tomorrow's Elit-B meeting in Kumla betweeen, Indianerna, Smederna, Piraterna and Vargarna, have been cancelled due to a waterlogged track. There is no decision yet about a new date for this fixture.

Thomas H Jonasson will temporarily replace Antonio Lindbäck in Masarna until Antonio have recovered from his injury. Griparna arranged an open meeting yesterday called Percy Lundqvist cup but it turned into a farce due to a wet and rainy weather, making the track more like a muddy field then a speedway track. The riders complained, the spectators left well before the meeting was over and eventually the meeting was aborted after 16 heats. Matthias Thörnblom won, Kim NIlsson was second with Magnus "Zorro" Zetterström third. For Dackarna that is about 1200 less then last years average. Obviously I don't have access to the teams budgets but normally an average around 2000-2500 spectators is needed to make it break even since most teams also have allot of sponsors.

Yeah and he wasn't riding today either. So who will replace Darcy? Batchelor rode pretty well today.
