By public transport there is an organized bus trip which leaves at 4p from the bus station. Train+commuter train won't bring until 8påm at the earliest.

Robbie, he should be suspended because he violated Wada's and FIM's anti-doping rule. In all forms of motorsport (cars, bikes, boats , planes & etc) alcohol is considered doping (safety reasons) so being under the influence of alcohol just before/at a competition means that Darcy per Wada's and FIM's definitions is guilty of doping. This means that he should be punished as everybody else that are guilty of doping. This is also why a player who is being under the influence of alcohol at a football game isn't the same thing as Darcy getting caught at Daugavpils.
