Imo Schlein instead of a Brit is perhaps not ideal but it is better then not being in at all and Lambert probably got some good experience from riding as well.

It would difficult to prevent abuse I think, maybe only after approval of track doctor or something but that wouldn't be 100& certain either. The other options would be to allow free use of a reserve. Basically 5-men teams with only scheduled heats for 4 riders. Neither is perhaps ideal but at least the latter would prevent a team from loosing because of one rider getting injured. Like Sweden in SBPC yesterday when Ljung crashed out.

Loktajev or Tarasenko. Loktajev rode on a russian license in Elitserien last season where he scores 56p from 32 heats. His website says that have double citizenship (Russian/Ukrainian). http://www.loktaev.pl/index.php/alex Tarasenko rode for Rus in the qualifier. Scored 7 p from 5 heats but had two exclusions. http://www.sportowefakty.pl/zuzel/wydarzenie/35193 Tarasenko is also in Piraterna's squad in Elitserien this year. Both riders are very talented and could well cause some upsets at SWC if picked.

I think Ljung is doubtful given his crash yesterday.

Speedway Best Pairs - Esbjerg
Ghostwalker replied to TheCookster's topic in Speedway News and Discussions
Well Kylmäkorpi have ridden for Finland in the SWC: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Finland_national_speedway_team but is now listed in the preliminary Swedish SWC squad: http://www.svemo.se/sv/Grenar/Speedway/Nyheter/SverigestrupptillSpeedwayWorldCup2015/ Although he does have both Finnish and Swedish citizenship. Imo the whole licensing thing needs to be straightening out. We have riders like Rasmus Jensen who are doing the Danish GP qualifiers on Danish license (I presume) since he is Danish but at the same time he will use a Swedish license when he rides for his Swedish league team Dackarna, Imo he should be forced to choose, either Danish qualifiers on a Danish license or Swedish league on a Swedish license but not both. -
Peter Ljung says that he is sore but that nothing is broken. https://mobile.twitter.com/LjungPeter/status/597266832291135488

Wasn't it Esbjerg who hosted a GP qualifications quarter or semi last year which rained off twice?
-
Finally a good heat. Well done Linus and Grigorij.

How come Rosco didn't know it then, if BSPA and One Sport and Tai knew? Why didn't he tell Rosco then? From what I can remember, more grass / grass slopes and less constructed stands.

I agree but this is not surprising, Esbjerg have rarely produced any particular good speedway those times the past few years that I have seen meetings from it on Kanalsports broadcasts from Esbjerg, Personally I think Fjelested usually is quite good racing but the arena probably is of a bit lower standard..
-
Sure I understand but this is special case though were almost all riders are occupied with riding for their teams in their home league. BTw how was Fricke not excluded for that?

Swedish Eurosport said it could be a broken arm for Ljung but it is not confirmed.

Well no stranger then Holta riding for Poland.

No rain for the past 2 hours according to Nicki. https://twitter.com/NickiP_Racing/status/597047289190973441

Perhaps but what can Wroclaw do? Leaving Tai out will only hurt themselves so I think it's about time the riders organized themselves and stood up against the Polish clubs.

Lanbert and Schlein have been confirmed by Janek Konikiewicz . https://twitter.com/JKonikiewicz/status/596934232359972865
