Preliminary line-ups round 10. Ikaros Smederna - Rospiggarna Ikaros Smederna Mikkel Michelsen Kenni Larsen R/R (any rider). Peter Karlsson Magnus Zetterström Grigorij Laguta Linus Eklöf Przemyslaw Pawlicki Rospiggarna Andreas Jonsson Mads Korneliussen Grzegorz Zengota Timo Lahti Martin Vaculik Andzejs Lebedevs John Lindman A very very important meeting for both teams since they are two out of four teams on 4p. Smederna currently have the fourth and last "play off" slot (4th place) and since they only have one more home meeting remaining, it is do or die tonight. A loss here for Smederna and it is likely goodbye to the "play offs", a win and the chance lives on. Smederna's form have been pretty good but both Pawel Przedpelski and Kenni Larsen are still unavailable. Pawel rode in the U21ch, round 1 the past Saturday but it didn't work out (started well but faded as the meeting progressed) so he will have to rest for another week. Kenni is still atleast two weeks away and might be available for the away meeting against Lejonen. Rospiggarna have been doing quite poorly all season but I think they will offer fierce opposition tonight. Their key-riders are Jonsson, Zengota, Vaculik and Lebedevs. Dackarna - Lejonen Dackarna Nicki Pedersen Joonas Kylmäkorpi Hans Andersen Michael Jepsen Jensen Krzysztof Buczkowski Joel Larsson Mikael Max Lejonen Linus Sundström Rafal Okoniewski Peter Kildemand Pontus Aspgren Tobiasz Musielak Oliver Berntzon Kacper Gomolski Anything else then a solid Dackarna win would be very surprising. Live results from 19.00 CEST / 18.00 BST: http://www.svemo.se/Speedway (result pages will be blank until maybe 15-20 min before start of the meetings) Blank race card: http://www.mediafire.com/view/hq5xgd1bg2gz5z4/Blank_Heat_schedule_ES.AS.pdf Dackarna-Lejonen will not have updates on Svemo website for some reason so that meeting will be updated on Dackarna's facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/Dackarna There is no available streams that I know of but perhaps RR knows of a one. Also for those who like to gamble, you could try the Hola addon for Firefox and with that installed, try to buy/access the official pay stream at http://www.cmore.se/spel/3189750-ikaros-smederna-rospiggarna choose "köp endast detta event".

Alan, yes it is a reply. I posted the result in the other threads about one and a half hour ago. -
I'd say your "facts" is wrong. Gollob did not move left but right.

Michelsen won. https://twitter.com/MichelsenRacing/status/620002219291734016

If Gollob had little room then it was his own fault since he steered over into Nicki's line. Had he stayed in his own line he would have had more space. Was it unfortunate ? I think not since Gollob had planned to steer into Nicki's line already before the start by the look lf how he had his bike lined up. Possibly the referee should have excluded Gollob already before tapes up for not being ready when the 2 min time expired, since his bike was inproperly aligned. Anyhow it does not matter if it was unfortunate or not. since unfortunate things happen all the time but riders still gets excluded if they cause the heat to stopped or if they fall on their own and clear the track. Unfortunate or not, cause another rider to fall or crash you get excluded.

Very pleased with the performance from Michelsen, Przedpelski and Swedish rider Victor Palovaara. Przedpelski only scored 8p but have in mind that he broke a collarbone less two weeks ago...

I wouldn't mind seeing Stockholm getting Cardiff's early July slot and then move Cardiff to September and a possible second Swedish GP to late August. -
As I said, all 4 back is used to lightly. Riders often lay down the bike when they are in last place in hope to get a restart. Too often the referee buys it and makes an all 4 back call. Remember Cardiff? NKI was last into the first bend, riders on the inside moved out a little and NKI layed the bike down despite no contact was made. Referee decided all 4 back despite that Iversen should have been excluded.
-
No he didn't. Gollobs foot rest got stuck in Nicki's front wheel. When that happens, the bike will come to a very quick halt, no way Nicki could have stayed on there. Also why does people keep nagging about all 4 back? An incident in the start and or first bend does not automatically mean that it has to be all 4 back which some seems to think. The rules still say (and over trumps all 4 back) that the cause of the stoppage (red lights) is to be excluded. In this case Gollob put his bike's footrest into Nicki's front wheel by not lining up straight and by steering out towards Nicki (who kept his line) so that means that Gollob caused Nicki to crash and by that he also was the cause to that the referee put the red lights on.
-
Guess what? Rosco is wrong. Gollob delibritely hit Nicki so then he should take the consequences.
-
No way. You cannot refrain from excluding a rider just for the fans, coz' then we would never get anyone excluded because ffans want to see 4 riders. The rules still apply to the start and first bend. Gollob caused the crash entirely in his own. The all 4 back is way over used and we have seen too many times riders being allowed back when they should have been excluded. Referees uses it as a way to allow them not to having to make an unpopular decision. Kudos to the referee for actually daring to exclude a rider, most referee would would take the easy (but wrong) way out by making an all 4 back call.
-
Gollob had to go there, no other decision possible to make. Gollob deliberately steered out towards Nicki and this caused Nicki to crash.
-
Nicki kept his line all the way until Gollob hit him.
-
Gollob did not line up straight, his wheel pointed outwards and as soon as the tapes went up he moved off his line and hit Nicki.
-
Nasty, I hope Nicki is ok. Gollob to blame though.
-
Well you did.
-
Heat 8 was really good though.
-
Light touch by Lindbäck but Emil was already going down.
-
Kildemand literally took a dive there although not a deliberate one.
-
My TV also provides a pretty good stream.
-
If he wants back into the SGP he should have to qualify, wildcards should not be used on riders who missed out because they were suspended.
