Exactly the same as when Somerset were at Poole, dust everywhere

To my mind it would be very harsh to let Starke go when the trouble is with the number one, a team with a good number one would be able to carry Starke till he sorts his machinery problems out.

His last few matches in Poland he has done ok, so makes you wonder if its machinery

Well the Rebel flag has been gone for at least a season. even the Rebels logo changed, so don't know where you have been.I believe it was in the programme too.

What is it with some of you guys, all you do is find fault, guy on the centre green ...boring, the guy mixing it with the fans....rude and immature, the promotion making the guy take down the Rebel flag....although everyone had been told about displaying the flag previously, and the meeting late starting. Can't understand why Speedway cannot be enjoyed for what it is, the meeting was run well and no hanging about between heats and from where I stood everything seemed to go very well, maybe the lateness was to allow all travelling fans to get it. If all the Speedway meetings I have been to over the years was run like that, Speedway would be a lot better for it.

Maybe there is a reason why Ford hasn't spent any money on the track, wasn't there rumours about part of the car park being built on, who knows if Dorset C.C. are short of cash ( most councils are) the whole site is owned by the council I believe, it would be worth a fortune if the they sold it. Just a thought.

Matt Ford takes a lot of stick on here, but well done to him on his stance with Poland, it's just a pity none of the other Promotions haven't taken the same stance, all the promotions need to stick together on this.

Well lets hope they are.

Last season Sky announced their first few televised fixtures in February, I cant see anything listed for this season yet.

Don't think you quite understood what I meant, When riders walk out to the starts they stand infront of the grandstand and each rider from each team is introduced individually to the crowd, once they have been introduced they then put their helmets on and get on their machines and do practice starts whatever .

Something that has always bugged me is riders putting their helmets on before they are introduced to the crowd, many clubs need to pay much more attention to presentation.

Poole and many others have problems on their threads, and invariably it is the usual suspect just trolling and winding everyone up with his inane comments , now it seems it's the new boys Somerset's turn, as he is on their threads now. Can posters just not ignore his posts instead of biting, (I know its difficult) Gavin, stevebrum etc ,but surely it's worth a try. I for one want to discuss riders, teams, promotions whatever, and not going through post after post of his inane ramblings and the replies he gets. JUST IGNORE HIM PLEASE
