What's the latest on Max. There was (allegedly) talk of him riding in the World Cup Final, but now he's been out for over a week. Just as he was hitting his best form. Just curious as he's a rider I rate.

Just posted on the Pirates forum. Just got home from a nice afternoon of bowls. Out in the sun thinking wouldn't it be nice to have speedway tonight. Ah well! Probably have to go for a walk along the beach instead. Too nice to stay indoors. All this could be subject to change at 7:30 if the forecast proves to be correct. -

Ah yes. I'd used Chris' old average. I knew really. Just testing. -

Are we sure about that? Rider one above in the averages (Kyle) and the reserves (also Kyle). Have the powers that be considered this scenario? -

This is part of enjoying retirement Multumesc. In my work days getting an afternoon off for speedway was harder than taking a weeks holiday. Then a mad rush to whereever followed by the drive back, sometimes getting home in the early hours, only to get up again at 6 for work. Now days, being a wrinkly, it's a leisurely drive up the day of the meeting, meal in the hotel often taking advantage of the two for £10 offer. Few beers in the hotel after the meeting with no drinking and driving to worry about, then a relaxed drive back the next day, usually stopping somewhere on the way. Black Country Museum, stately homes, castles, canals, cotswold villages etc etc. Seeing more of Britain then we ever did when working. Life as a pensioner. Obviously only the longer trips like Lynn, BV, Leicester, GP. By the way the Kings Lynn change also b*******d up our plans. We were taking my wife's elderly aunt to visit her son's new home between Norwich and Kings Lynn. Due to personal circumstances this is not possible on the rearranged date. The old dear is disappointed but hopefully she can get there another time. -

Beautiful sunny morning and a good forecast. Gates open at 10:30. -
Where did you see this? Not on the Sky website.
-
Sky have pulled the plug Steve. This meeting has been removed from their schedule.
-
Russia v Slovakia, Romania v Switzerland and Albania v France. About as exciting (to British fans) as synchronized swimming.
-
As it posted somewhere else Steve I think it's due to the European football Finals. Poole moved their meeting with Swindon from 15th June to 1st June to avoid conflict with the great attraction of Albania v France.
-
Would probably need a couple of changes to get him in on his average within your current squad.
-
Be good to see you.
-
Will you be there?
-
He's still the best number eight signed in the Elite league so far.
-
I thought they already had 7 riders before they announced these two. I assume then that they ditched Lewis Blackbird when they signed Lewis Kerr?
-
Various posters are talking about the order of riders on the draft list, but has anyone actually seen it, or are assumptions being made based on averages? If anyone actually has a copy it would be interesting to see it posted.
-
As you've obviously seen the draft list could you post it on here please. I think others might be interested apart from me. As for the rest of your post. Wooooosssshhhh. Gone right over my head. What is that meant to mean in the relevance of Howarth and fast track riders?
