Have faith in ya team min… I’m predicting play-offs for us! They’ve been completely ignored! We’re gonna have strength all season at reserve!

I don’t get this whole “Berwick will drop out now cos of signing Proctor”… I really think we’ll be in the play offs… I believe Proctor will at least maintain if not slightly improve! I’d hope they pair him with Bomber as he’s the one in the team I can see helping Proctor keep his cool!

I remember him running down the home straight at Glasgow in early 2000s to have a right pop at Pepe I believe it may have been… someone correct me if I’m wrong! Certainly lifted the atmosphere that afternoon! RIP to Alistair and Condolences to all the family.

They had a top 2 of Nicholls and Harris… we were already using RR.. we lost Jye.. and Gapp had a rare off night on his home track! I’d say we’ve got a bit more in our tank this year!

So because we’ve signed “1 weak rider” in Proctor, it’s immediately disregarding the other 6 we have. Half a point from Leon on his average, a point plus from Jye (which is very do-able) and that’s almost the 2 already! Bomber doesn’t really have bad meetings at Berwick so could add a little also! The promotion have taken a gamble and given us a new look team… the large majority had been crying out for it! I’m sure they’ll change if needs must but they’ll also give time too!

I don’t see how.. Kyle starts at reserve… the lowest average in the team… if he bangs in 4-5 points regularly then that’s job done for him!

You’ll find out about him if he signs… Absolute world beater at home at times but then he could follow that with a last place… he’s the modern day Adam Allott… the rider you need at home but the rider who traditionally wouldn’t do too good away… give him his dues he did improve his average away in 2021 but there were still many many times you could scream in frustration at him!

You think Newcastle will finish above us… FFS min.. give yourself a shake!

Something in me pinged when weeks and weeks ago (can’t remember when in all honesty) but I’d seen Proctor had been at Duns! People should underestimate this team at their peril.. Proctor may be seen as the “weak link” but one weak rider does not make a bad team!

Just give him a chance! I’m willing to and I think I’m one of the most judgmental Berwick fans there is…and I realise his form last season was not good at all… but don’t forget his form prior to that… If he can hit anything like that then it’s us laughing! He won’t have the pressure on him of what was expected at Leicester!

I’m using what you call logic… we ain’t gonna sign someone with a lower average then Jye; hell, even if we ended up with Dany G again then Jye starts at reserve!

I agree with what you say… couple of teams being raved about don’t really do it for me … I really see Northern teams near the top… we will be up there in 2022 as well.. I mean haway, we’re gonna be starting with Jye at reserve.. we know if he gets back pre covid form then that’s a 7.5+ pointer at reserve… mark my words

A few years ago Bloody hell Mr.R… try like 18 years this year. I did not and have never had a fall out with Berwick, it’s a club I’ve associated myself with since 1990 and always will; I simply filled my Sundays coming down with Roger Goldie (RIP) and a friend who was seeing Kenneth Bjerre at the time as I am a SPEEDWAY fan and Roger lived close and asked if I wanted to go. Not like you to get actual facts wrong when trying to twist something to suit your agenda now

Must just be ‘cos you’re a Geordie Our Sunday meeting there just last year couldn’t have been any better an atmosphere where we stood… and that included the Redcar fans saying we deserved more then we got that day!

I’m on about on merit you numpty Still, this years team.. and especially if we get the last signing right… excites me enough to think of good things this coming year! You never know

We’re under the limit but remember.. this team lead the league until the final week… narrowly missing out to Mildenhall! All we have done is replace Ryan with Ace. We all realise it’s likely to be hard for Ace to start with but he will be giving time and support to enable him to develop I’m more than happy with the Bullets

That’s Luke confirmed now… I would imagine Mason being no.6 but like you say it leaves us under the limit… could Ben possibly head to Armadale for small track experience and we fit Danny Phillips in to get us close to team building limit? I personally ain’t fussed… I just enjoyed the bullets for what it was meant to be last season… the chance for the future to progress locally as well as some spectacular sights displayed by Greg Blair!

Just signed to a club which has a thriving junior set up regarded as one of the best… has the support of his Dad in the senior team…. No pressure on him from the Berwick crowd… he’s just 15 min… thought he’d have gone to Armadale personally but very happy he’s signed for the Bullets With all 3 Pijpers likely to be riding at Berwick next season (I’m including Stene in our NJL set up) you do have to feel for Mrs Pijper! Someone ensure she’s got a drink or two for her nerves
