i agree. If the so called dead certs like nicholls and Richardson dont deliver then i cant see any harm in giving the likes of bridger, king a chance to earn experience . people will support effort. THAT was a disgrace tonight. Fair point. But hardly good enough im afraid. -

dreadful showing. Despite a tail end fight back that meant naff all. Nicholls - no excuses. a poor nite - yet again on the big stage. Harris - battled in a coupla heats but looked anything but a home rider. Richardson - why oh why are we persisting??? His best days are well behind him internationally. Stead - out of form, can turn it on at Cov. Surely cannot be considered in the reckoning from now on as clearly not up to the level required. A great pity as i like Simon. Allen - cant understand why he was ever picked. Rides Cov well but is a 2nd string at best. -
Congratulations Middlo Bashers

thats precisely what i meant. Except that Lynch and middlo before always said they were dead certs and i really cant see why. -
would make no difference. Until we get the next breed of racers up and running GB wont win anything. We might have got 30 points with Roscoe - hardly an achievement.

absolutely correct. The riders looked like they couldnt be bothered. Echoes of last years final when we were woeful AGAIN. Howe came 2nd last year correct. well if we do qualify we should still be behind the boys, however lets be clear. we will still be not good enough to grace the final. better than sticking with dead certs like richardson and nicholls who will win us nothing. we need to start clearing the ead wood asap. Yes, THE Middlo of course. Im the real Nicki Pedersen too. how professional. IF you were THE Middlo of course. -
many, me included, seem to think that he cleverly took a dive on both occasions when he couldnt come across to clamp those on the inside.

The Cardiff Grand Prix Discussion Thread
stevebrum replied to PhilK's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
or maybe the poster is just good at reading body language?! Also i noticed NP said in the interview that something like `i had to go down both times` - not that he was knocked off. Interesting choice me thinks Ashie - EVERYONE has a right to a comment im thoroughly ashamed at you then!!!!!! lol ;-) no thanks! or wolves, or (insert track of choice!) :-)) As for the incidents - CRAZY. The ref was WRONG on both NP incidents in my opinion. NP always goes from gate 4 right across to stop anybody elses run. If he does it (he usually does) he is entitled to do so. However in both occasions he didnt get in front and was clipped by the rider in front. I admire nicki`s determination to win - however he seems to read the game very well. The close up on the 2nd incident looked like NP was aiming his wheel at BPedersens back wheel because by then Bjarne was in no mans land . he HAD to go out to stop NP run and as he was ahead he was entitled to do so. Its almost like he is prepared to take a faller if his outside swoops dont work by parking it on the back wheel of the rider in front. In some way it isnt a criticism of NP - its just the he seems to know exactly how to get the best out of positions and the race - whether he is leading or not. To me the semi incident he most definetly went down to easily. And i think thats why the crowd booed him. Some are wise to his tricks in the stadium and showed his the displeasure of not racing his own race but trying to outfox his opponents. He didnt deserve a place in the semis - however as always he earned it . One of the reasons why i wont pay Cardiff money - THE TRACK. Disgraceful. As for Eddie - did ok in his last 2 heats , however he scored the same points as Howie last year . Bout on a par as you expect a British wild card to do. Now, if only OUR Tai had of been in -
me too, ill have my david howe programme board then!!!!! say hello, i dont really bite looking forward to this also - my first visit to Rye House. Fingers crossed that Ludvig will be riding as im looking forward to seeing him again - especially in this sort of field - could give us wolves fans a judge wether he is ready to step into a wolves race jacket yet can only see Holder V Woffinden as the winner. Could go either way - runner up i cant see past batchelor either. But im hoping Ludvig can get on the rostrum.

as i ALWAYS do . and of course you failed to mention that as you BOTH have agreed to disagree means my original point was 100% correct. its 50/50 dependant on your view point. so im glad to hear your opinianted nonesense is finally over. Good to hear - one of your better comments i must say -

i FULLY understand thank you. the fact that people are getting so bored with your opinionated stance on this (other peoples words not mine) says it all really. Im glad thats is finally come down to STILL 50/50. As both of your opinions are CORRECT As it always was anyway -
