Prague May 22nd Its Official This Time

Too late to get defensive when you slander others for having a different opinion to yours. If you dont like others having a different opinion to yours and telling them (via the keyboard obviously) and then get wound up when others have a go back then you have the answer dont you??? I take it your intelligent enough to work that out. As for meeting up at Cardiff to `discuss` . IF i was going id be going to enjoy myself not to feed your ego so get over that notion. I dont go to Cardiff straight and simple because im not a fan of the man made tracks. Now if you would lke a sensible discussion about something why not initiate something we could discuss, instead of slating others for thinking different to you. He can tell him at Cardiff -

Why do you have to assume your opinion is the only correct one???? Mikael Max/Karlsson is my favourite rider - if you must know Now come on, weve ALL moved on from that one - even me well called. -

Gollob every single day of the week. The most gifted rider ive ever had the pleasure to witness. If thats your best, ill not break out a sweat to be insulted. Well said. Think this poster is just a disgrace to most speedway supporters. What a total hypocrite. You slate others for having different opinions. Try and at least being real and consistent. -

Some thinks Gollob was in the wrong, some thing he was in the right. Your an insult to anyone who thinks different -

Unusually, im in agreement. AJ looked like he put his foot over gollobs wheel as he knew he would get a rerun as there was no way he would have stayed on. They were already into the corner - no need for AJ to put his foot down. Gollob was under him and AJ tried to get a re-run the way i saw it. Terrible accident for Emil - hope he is back soon. Can only agree. Massive pride in seeing him win heat 1 in style. -

the point im making is that lee misses a lot of big meetings with `illness` related problems. Thats all. Seeing as you asked twice . let me try and answer the question. Tai fits in perfectly with BSI plans for young and exciting seeded riders. Had a decent debut season in the elite UK and done well in top flight in Poland and Sweden. and is young. Think that clears that up then. -

Harris, lindgren ARE pretty much in terms of age and experience . Old blood like 30 somethings i believe. Still feel they should invest in young blood as you stated. Many where saying too early for Emil but clearly not. Ward has said he wouldnt be able to afford it yet but reckon he will be in 2011 at any rate. Kennett may well be new blood but he is still a few years older . -

I agree on his form abroad. However the BSI want new blood not old and to be honest Richardson has shown scant regard to the qualification process. Always seems to withdraw with an injury. So that wont be looked on favourably im sure. Both Harris and Richardson on a similar par GP form wise. Harris is younger and the reigning British Champion. Thats all it is really id say. In truth i dont think Richardson was even considered for a pick. -

yea i remember him saying that in the past , tho he recently has been making enough noise about he deserves to be in the GP`s now. Shame he cant be bothered to do the qualifiers as he obviously expects to be wild carded all the time. He has had his chance - the only way he should get in is if he qualifies in my opinion. Not surprised about Bomber. Think being reigning champion has something to do with it. Kennett whilst a forward thought i feel is nowhere near ready for the GPs yet. Tai no surprise as it was obvious before the GPs finished he would be in it. -

YES please!!!!! What an insightful mind you have Thats fine, he will help wolves make Swindon pay for it Im suprised you could be so polite! On the plus side, well done Darcy. Another big talent that will put his elite team in the play offs. Lets start the scramble!!!!! Tai has another chance, but if anyone NEEDED it more this year it would have been Tai and the Woffindens. Your future is bright young man, wolves will look after you. Also well done to Nic - decent enough showing -
disagree, still finished 4th

Which Brit Should Get A Wild Card?
stevebrum replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
disagree he is the best by a long way and averages dont lie. I also believe Bomber needs a break away from it, and the only way to push the next generation on is to put them against the worlds best. Tai has already taken major scalps in all countries and would do no worse in the GP series than we already have - even at his inexperienced level. Emil, freddie, holder, tai - they are the future of the GP series -

the thing that stuck wih me about the Poles CC was the way the politely `mocked` the Brits reservedness by politely clapping and saying `bravo` when the poles didnt win. They are of course totally spot on. No wonder Polish speedway is so good and well supported - they BLEED it!!!!!!!!! -

Not joking at all. those rider you picked have nothing to do with who gets a BRITISH nomination tho! I agree there is plenty of time for tai and it might be a season or 2 to early, however think you will find him in the GP`s next season -

Think Tai is as good as nailed on a pick. BSI going with young and exciting so it fits anyway. -

I enjoyed the LONG meeting!!! the crashes were spectacular and sickening at the same time. Hope Walasek is ok, thankfully the others got up and carried on. Highlight for me was the polish fans - you cant fault there passion. Zetterstrom got a deserved win and the biggest surprise of the night. Gotta congragulate his win even if he looks completely out of his level in the GP`s. Holder as expected and will be a welcome addition to the series. Hampel. his only chance and took it with gusto. Deserves his chance. Our Freddie - dont think he has anything to worry about regards being in next seasons GP. Hopefully he will qualify on his own but cant see him not getting a pick anyway. Bomber blew his chance, although having the unproductive outside gates didnt help early on. Finished well but think his only chance was to be in the top 3 to get back in the GP`s. So, which Brit???? Woffinden is as good as rubber stamped in as one of the wild cards. so, who else????? Who deserves a chance??? Bomber?? i like him but he`s done nothing since his 1st half good start to his first year. Nicholls?? cant see it at all. He`s always been top brit so perhaps deserved his place. This year, not at all. Richardson??? As top averaged Brit maybe he should, but he`s been there and NOT done it so why now??? As for who else, i really couldnt say if there is anyone that really deserves the chance in all honesty. Dont think anyone is at a decent level enough in all countries to earn it. Maybe its time to admit that we deserve just 1 pick as we dont have any good big stage riders right now. -

Download Racecard For World Cup
stevebrum replied to racers and royals's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Superb racecards , thanks very much -
the start and the end of it, and the words in between Nicolai is a much better all round rider in my opinion. Emil is looking like the new Pedersen. Can dish it out but cant take it back. Emil goaded him none stop, cant blame Scotty for being riled up. Thats what Emil did to him. Dont start trouble if you dont want it back. YES, maybe Scott should have the bigger man and walked away from it. but scott has never been like that. He is always likely to kick off if challenged. So both were wrong, and emil the most for starting it.

Then BOTH riders could have controlled there tempers better!
