Wolves v Witches Monday 21st Aug
kevin bass replied to Badge's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
I think Rew was cut a bit of slack first half of the season after coming back from a pre season injury and riding fresh tracks he hadn't seen before, he doesn't really have any excuse for his poor scores now tbf, he's generally been very disappointing. -

I'm not sure if Boughen can ride in top league as a RS, i saw on another thread he'll be assessed as a 2 pointer which only allows him to ride in Championship, don't think you can ride in the top league unless your a 3 pointer or higher, that's what i read anyway. -

Emil does the same as you say but you don't hear him being called Polish, just poor all round like the camera work most of the while. -

Nearly as bad as that women calling Vadim Polish 2 or 3 times, beat me to it Baldy. -
Laguta is the same as a lot of the Poles who come over here, their brought up on big fast tracks that need no real skill or throttle control, just twist it wide open and hang on, him and Emil are certainly chalk and cheese.

Tbf to Barker who has had various issues in the past and comes with plenty of baggage no one can fault him for effort, you won't catch him wimping out off a tight first bend or moaning about track conditions, he just gets on with it and puts in 100%. -

Lucky that Rory S was injured coz he wouldn't of put a shift in like Barker, Harris, Lambert and a few others did, just show's what can be done if ya got big enough balls and not afraid to attack the track. -
He certainly looks a fine prospect but time will tell, we've all seen and heard about plenty of boy wonder's at 15/16 who sadly amount to nowt after a few yrs.

It reminded me a bit of the crash that Mark Loram had which finished his career when Simota left Mark with nowhere to go along the back straight, it may of been a few feet further along the back straight but was still a terrible accident. -
Or haps try and tempt Dimitri Berge back to slot in for Kerr or Howarth depending on his current average.
