  1. I'm sure Rowe was banned from the British u21 team get togethers for a while yr or so ago coz he had a falling out with Kemp so must have his issues, whether he has a attitude problem or is just a bit of a hot head, or he just thinks he's better than he is and was more committed to riding in the Polish junior league then here in the UK last season.
  2. Tbf he don't come across as the brightest bloke either
  3. You might get quite a few if BassoRacingFan turns up with all his imaginary friends
  4. Neither Rowe or Hume are strong enough to ride at the number 2 slot, Thomas and Rew are the reserves as it stands and i can't see the point of pushing Rew out of the reserve slot and then give him a tougher job at number 2.
  5. Haps Dudek is the Panthers new number 1 and the new guy in charge has splashed the cash, you never know
  6. I suppose in fairness the other 5 teams apart from Peterborough/Ipswich had their 1-7 named and confirmed early doors so there's nowt really to report/comment on.
  7. Haps it's just to put a few more bums on seats for Steve's big day as im sure there'll be a few extra fans turn up who remember Lindback from his time with Poole all them yrs ago.
  8. You could read that statement one of 2 ways where it states they had to rebuild the team, either their had to rip up their originally planned 1-7 or their rebuilt the team from last season which they have in theory if only Basso, Jenkins and haps Andersen remain, and also it will be an exciting new team compared to last season if only the above mentioned 2 or 3 riders remain i suppose and 3 or 4 fresh faces are in the line up, that's one way of looking at it.
  9. Im sure i read it somewhere on another thread yrs back that Howe was in the same race as Pedersen/Donc and was right behind them when the incident happened between the pair, and obviously he must of made his own conclusions as to what went on and who was at fault and then the red mist came down, scary thing is it's probably 25yr ago now.
  10. I'm sure if it was an unfair move by Howe then it was possibly payback for a previous bit of hard riding by Pedersen on a team mate as mentioned b4, not that 2 wrongs make a right hey.
  11. I can't comment on a racing incident i didn't actually witness myself.
  12. Well it easier talking about riders who actually rode for the club rather then naming every Tom, Dick and Harry who might or might not ride for them
  13. If you don't me asking Speedy what's ya name, i might remember the name if you used to turn out in the second half back in the day

    1. SPEEDY69

      SPEEDY69

Hi, I did, sporadically when work/time allowed!  My name is Karl Bainbridge & sorry, my memory for names is atrocious!

  14. Ronni was just as dirty as his brother at times tbf, i'll always remember when Cradley came up to Foxhall and Ben faced Hancock and Hamill, he was never a gater but managed to jump out ahead of to 2 Yanks and held them off even with a misfiring motor, ive not seen or heard anything about him for yrs, he must be in his late 40's now.
  15. As of last wk Holder still hadn't signed a contract, he may of agreed a deal in principle ages ago but until he signs on the dotted line he ain't a Panther, haps he waited on who's gonna be running the show and paying his wages b4 he commits to anything official, who knows.
  16. Knew someone would come up with proof that he rode, i didn't think he rode many meetings
  17. Sure it was Kalina but he didn't last long in the team, haps he only rode in a few challenge matches and no actual league matches b4 being replaced.
  18. Yes looking back at old Hackney teams thru the yrs it has him down in the 91 team, only rode 7 matches tho with an average of 5.81
  19. Haps them ment they have a line up that's gonna get smashed every match
  20. I'm sure Gino posted he had a team in the UK sorted a while back but like been said only a couple of options left in Plymouth or Birmingham.
  21. Siggy has been saying for ages, probably months, that Holder hasn't signed a contract as such, Holder may have agreed verbally to sign but until he signs on the dotted line for someone he hasn't signed for anyone.
  22. So even if Holder signed there's points going to waste, isn't Holders average 7 odd, last average i could find was 7.47 in 2015 with Poole
