He's a quick learner and big fast tracks don't scare him. He won the PLRC at Sheffield.
Give him a month to suss the place out and I'm sure he will do well
Newcastle's hopes rest very much on the Worrall twins making good recoveries from broken legs and clicking straight back into the upward trajectory they were on before their crashes. I would say there is less risk in this Somerset team and would put them above the Diamonds.
It looks a sensible team fulk of Brits and locally based Aussies with a Sweded with whom we can share travel costs with an EL club.
Just got to hope the twins broken legs haven't affected their confidence and Tully quickly gets the hang of Brough.
These are 3 seperate leagues, not Divisions 1,2 & 3. Each league can do pretty much what it likes from a legal point of view.
It might not be fair but it would not be classed as discrimination
Did Claes become a Newcastle asset?
If he did, I guess that makes Lindgren the most vulnerable to being let go as he is not a Diamonds asset and I guess is fairly expensive. Much as I enjoyed watching him last season I wouldn't be too surprised if he wasn't there in 2013 and replaced with a local (Wethers living in Newcastle these days)
I'd also make the riders wear black leathers and the beer in the bar should be fourpence ha'penny.
Only Morris Oxfords and Ford Anglia's should be given car parking spaces and evryone should wear a suit and tie and a bowler hat
Heat wins should be celebrated with "huzzahs" and "well done old boy"
