Whilst disappointed we won't be seeing Richie next season I am seriously delighted that the lad is not settling for just making a living at speedway and it aiming for the top.
Good luck son.
It should be allowed for British based riders (so some Aussies allowed), under 24 years of age.
If you haven't kicked on by that age you pick your level and ride there. If that means part time, it means part time.
Hear hear (although I happen to stand as far away as possible from the Crazy Gang whilst remaining in the stadium - no offence peeps, I've been a 4th bend viewer since 1975). Special thanks to the ladies in the teashop who are always smiling.
I think that riders who throw their legs back have more problems these days because of the laydown engines.
Back in the day we had an Aussie called Robbie Blackadder whose 9 point average was made up of a weekly score of 3,3,Fx,3
Perhaps if young Morris had learned that the throttle goes both ways he may not have come such a cropper.
And as for Alun Rossiter. The fact he was crap might have something to do with his opinions. We used the put the fence builders on overtime when he turned up.
Completely agree. Doyle is a genuine EL heat leader slumming it in the PL. Richie is a young lad learning his trade.
I'm sure when Richie has fallen off deliberately as often as Doyle he'll be quite good at it. Currently he's hopeless at it. His effort in heat10 was fairly obvious compared to Doyle's masterclass earlier in the meeting.
