Okay I will bite. The wild card being an incentive for the Aussie champ is a given and none is criticising that . Its Masters. The back up for any other rider is nothing to do with the staging authority it is part of last years challenge finishing positions. There is only 1 Aussie worthy of the Grand Prix and that is Doyley. The others haven't done enough to qualify or stay in. At no point should the three other Aussies be in there. The organisers should have told Iversen and co to make their mind up before shipping date as a deadline to give the genuine next in line people time to send their gear. As a footnote on current form they should have picked the inform Aussie to fill in for their balls up and left Watt at reserve for the nostalga, but they need to get it right or rename next years the Aussie Champs and have all 16 places. Then they can fit Crumpy, Pooley, Johno, Langdons etc as they all missed out on a nostalgic gp place

Think your top three will be Richie, Bomber and Schlein, add in Sarge and Smith 5 done 2 to go

What a shocking go line up. Gotta question the point of an Aussie gp when logistics rule out Milik and a retired (Watt) and injured and being covered by a facility as we speak (Sedge) get to ride when they cannot cut it in the alleged weakest league in Europe. See Darcy repeating his comms that Chris Holder will come good next year. Look back 12months and he said same then. Not worthy of a wild card because he won 5 years ago, but sure monster Joe will sort it for him.

Was thinking of going to this but the misleading, win at all costs Tigers, are so desperate to reach the final against the Witches who are also misleading the public with the Sedgeman crap, I can't be bothered. The only reason their in the KOC is because they are using a 5 point man who has taken the p%ss to lower his average replace a 3 point man. Look at their upturn in results and it coincides with Perry being injured. Hope the Panthers hold out but have my doubts. Perry is so bad he is confirmed for the Golden Hammer on Monday. Sedge knows when he will be fit to practice already. Better than Doctors these guys. The sport is corrupt and Dickson says he is firing the lads up, No he isn't , he is keeping riders out of his team for gain. If Perry rides on Monday and then misses cup final it will be a shallow win for the Tigers and a further reflection of how far the sport has fallen under the leadership of Chapman.

I am sure you can see all the pre booked air ticket stubs that he intended to use before his “injuries”. Great potential but ran rings around the Newcastle promotors all season, missed every shared event, rode within 48 hrs of each one he missed. Would have been better saying I have made faster progtress and asked to be dropped to pursue Poland and allow Newcastle to strengthen the bottom end of the team. Too late now. Please don’t under estimate the criticality of the next 3 weeks, it is serious.

Not forgetting Bjerre. And of course, the owner , Bates has Sheffield and Leicester. Which team would he want to win from a business perspective. -
Rumours are their is a 12 month “no Edinburgh” as they move to another home.Possibly 2 other Championship clubs in severe doubt under current ownership.

Wonder what the team will be this Sunday

Peterborough V Workington C1 10/9/17

It does not matter who told Harris to ride in the grass track. The only way to cover it is by a national league guest. Rider replacement is not an option. Having rider replacement means a ban for Chris. -
Chris Harris And The 28 Day Ban
bringbackHalifax replied to SCB's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
It should be a national league guest or 28 day ban. They are the only two options in the rules. -

It was a racing incident and some you win some you lose. If Ludde or Robbo had of crashed then Wells would have been excluded, fair play to Riss who was last and able to drive up the inside of all 3 which forced Robbo to pin Ludde against the fence. The track was poor all night and there was very little if any overtaking, so Robbo and Ludde had no chance of retrieving anything from that race. Interesting that the two minutes was 35 seconds lapsed and Ricky was still off his bike and not ready to race, nor with his engine running.
