  1. I am considering going to the Bydgoszcz GP for the first time this seaason. I was wondering if people could help with a few questions: Recommended and fairly cheap hotels close to the centre of Bydgoszcz? I think you may struggle as hotels fill up very quickly. What area is best to stay in? Would be nice to do a few bars and nightclubs whilst out there. We stayed miles out in a place I forget now!! We did have Grg and Scott staying at our hotel though. How do you travel from the airport to the City centre? We flew to Gdansk and got a train across. Its quite a nice journey. Is the track within walking distance from the City centre? Yes Is the practice on Friday open to the general public? If so, what time does it take place? Yes 15.00 free entry Where is best place to buy tickets from? Online when they go on sale Where would you recommend to watch from in the Stadium? Just make sure you get reserved seats unless you want to be in hours before the start. Thanks everyone!
  2. When I went the Poles were queing at 12.00 to get the best seats which they then reserve with huge flags!!! Reserved seating is the way to go mate.
  3. Glad to see the U-21 meeting back at Lakeside. They put a decent show on last year lets hope for more of the same this time round.
  4. Surely its pretty simple, even for an Oxford fan. Testimonials are there for the fans to pay tribute to a favourite rider, they are entertained by a speedway meeting and the rider pockets the cash. Whats the flamin' problem? he fact Bjarne is an overseas rider shouldn't even come into it. British riders are afforded the same opportunity. It's a shame they don't hand out testimoninials for services to whining and complaining because you Mr Brown would be top of the list.
  5. Doyle fell in the first staging of the final, carted off in an ambulance. Any news anyone?
  6. No idea who is who. Can't really have the volume on at work and there are no on screen captions.
  7. Does anyone else really fancy a Woodstock and Coke!!!
  8. I so hope you're right. 1. Nicki 2. Hans 3. AJ Would suit me.
  9. They won't survive if everyone stops booking in advance. As the OP has said if they book it on their credit card they are covered. Go for it mate, Wizz are a cracking little airline.
  10. Could be, maybe rider skills will shine through rather than tuners skills.
  11. No drinking, no smoking, no swearing, no shouting, no singing, no standing. No fun.
  12. Looks great but hopefully won't become "sanitized" like all new football stadia over here. Lets hope the atmosphere will still be as good.
  13. I expect it to be along the lines of: Stanstead to Liverpool St Liverpool St to Paddington Paddington to Cardiff Probably take around 4 hours. Check website below for more details although not sure if actual times are released this far in advance. http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/
  14. Too slow DB. All the stress of work must be getting to you!
