  1. Tai's practice session and "meet and greet" with his sponsors yesterday appears fully vindicated.
  2. First instance i can ever recall of problems with the starting gate in our wonderful sport.
  3. Great to have you here and thanks for the Sopcast heads up. See the earlier discussion re street names in England, Pawel. Just for you !
  4. Daria looks TOTALLY oomphy. Phewwhataschorcha. The good thing is that my wife says the day she'll start worrying is the day i stop looking ! And at my age that's all i do. Look and admire. Before we really get going, Pawel asked me an interesting question. Are there any streets in England named after speedway riders? My reaction was "I doubt it" but i'll throw it open. Is there a Mark Loram Boulevard. A Garry Havelock Crescent or a Howdy Byford Avenue ?
  5. Thank you as always. This one is good too- so far !! http://hdmecze.org/channel8.php Always good to have alternatives. The Sopcast fellow is still down the boozer. Alan.
  6. Got time for a coffee and a danish. That's cake- not Caroline Wozniacki. I wish !
  7. I can't remember ever getting back in time for heat 9. And then we get a delay on that too. Thank you. A looooooooooooooooooooooooo--ng afternoon.
  8. And the score is ? From the comments above it has been a slow meeting ?
  9. Glad he's up and okay. Air fences. Immaculate centre green. Presume it's a football pitch ? Looks great anyway. All adds to the presentation. Got to go. Enjoy all and back in an hour. Regards. Alan.
  10. On the evidence of heat 1- it could be a looooong afternoon for them. We shall see.
  11. Hi all, From a very warm USA- "Cor it ain't half hot mum" . http://soccer-live.pl/transmisje.php?id=motorsport The Krakow media player link should give a perfect stream for the first meeting.Just like switching the tele on. Hope i don,t jinx it !!! Plenty of other alternatives at hand. As always i can only watch the first couple of heats but hope the weather is better than Denmark yesterday. Alan. Well the weather looks good in Rybnik. I like the portly guy's hat in the middle.
  12. Thanks for the company all. Going to enjoy our (at long last !) heatwave here. Join you for Poland tomorrow. Take care all. Alan.
  13. It was after the war and , behind the iron curtain, copyright wasn,t something that Disney Corporation could enforce. Doubt they even knew for many years.
  14. Long drive home but the Masarna fans will be celebrating a comprehensive victory. Unlike the stalemate in Britain tonight. I'll blow this fine stuff over.for you Johan.. We actually had snow here the last week of April and it has only turned nice since last weekend. "Muvvers Day here on Sunday so the ladies can wear their belated Easter bonnets. Shame we don't get replays- i'd like to have seen that last bend again.. Very good coverage- other leagues please note. Great ride by Antonio to finish it off. Thank you for the company-it's always a pleasure to join you. Stay safe and warm. All the best. Alan.
  15. No wonder the two ladies with the hats and big flag brought the dog along for company. Not being a Us citizen i can't vote ( nor serve on a jury- i really miss that one ) . I miss Screaming Lord Sutch and The Monster Raving Loony Party. It says 582 watching now. We are a minority sport ! After our awful winter here, it is 27C right now and the same forecast for the next 5 days. Looks slightly chillier at the meeting.
  16. Heat 9. Ed Miliband- Red David Cameron- Blue Nicola Sturgeon White Nigel Farage. Very White.
  17. Thank you so much. Easy when you know how !! Nice that there was no gamesmanship in heat 2 to secure a re-run when on a 1-5. Of course, no one in any other league would stay down on purpose would they?
  18. Super-duper stream. On with the racing. Alan.
