Totally non-speedway related story to share with you from the weekend paper here on health care fraud. An illegal immigrant ( do you have any of those ? ) buys a woman's identity and health insurance for $7.00. !! She goes into hospital and has her foot amputated. The original woman gets the co-pay bill. She goes to the hospital with the bill and her intact feet. The hospital says her evidence is "persuasive, but not definitive " You could not make it up .They eventually rescinded the bill. Beware !!!
