Hi everyone,
Blimey, they cut in quick on that one didn't they? No getting bored with the buildup. Wham, at the tapes, here we go!
Great stream as always and no rain. Away we go.
Alan.
I had to go half way down page two to find this but i really miss seeing the Russian meetings on a Thursday. Gray, if you are out there please bring us up to date with what's going on and especially please climb up that tall gantry with your camera and stream some more meetings for us.
Hope we hear from you!!! Alan.
I get up all the time on Friday night/ Sat morning at 3.30am for New Zealand rugby matches, so this is a doddle. The family think i'm nuts because we have a DVR but i like "the shared live experience" and i am well aware that i am an eccentric one off!
All the best. Alan.
Closer result than seemed likely at the beginning . Track awfully bumpy towards the end. Bucking bronco time. Take care all and stay warm.
Alan.
2.30am! But i'm a night owl when it comes to speedway
My son did a few years ago. It's a lot of bloody steps though One of those iconic things every kid has to do.
Brilliant I'll just have to avoid reading the front page of The Philadelphia Enquirer so as not to see the result
Thanks. Alan
Don't forget Danish meet tomorrow. 5.30 UK.
The old farts amongst us (me! ) will recall Kenny Carter winning the British Final with a bust up leg, and Peter Collins in the World Final-77
Can't stand either. Even the raindrops are scorching! We'll all pay for this heatwave with the crops all ruined. Bread will soon be more expensive than petrol
I honestly think Gollob is too banged up from Sunday. That was a nasty smash. With Edburg obviously not ready, this is going to be a wipeout.(methinks )
Hi everyone from a still baking hot USA. Absolutely not boasting because it is bloody miserable when you go out into the sweatbucket. And it's been this way since March!. No guilt about staying in to watch the world's number one sport . Alan.
To Racers and Royals
" I think you quoted the wrong quote-i agree with you. "
Dead right my friend. I was reeling from the shock of illustrious Coventry City being the first club to fire their manager this (barely started) season.
All the best. Alan.
"And now Gollob seems to be injured (?)"
It was a nasty tumble and both he and Jepsen Jensen were very lucky but both shaken up. It was heat 15 of the Torun meeting. When Racers and Royals puts up the replay link watch it(and cringe) and see why he needs some time off.
Best wishes. Alan.
Result already decided i know, but fairs fair. What was Gollob to do when Adrian clamped him? Glad both got up and a few F words from Jepsen Jensen were TOTALLY forgivable
Great afternoon's (here) entertainment. Take care. Alan.
