  1. During the intermission there were a grand total of ZERO paid ads so the money men will be looking at the audience figures, demographics and focus groups to decide how much should be spent to enhance the production. Sadly these days we are very much a minority sport Let's hope they can attract more advertisers and viewers. even with an inane commentary. Doubt Mrs Fireside viewer cares much about the pronunciation one way or the other.
  2. For knowledgeable fans I know the commentary can be irritating, However, it is always instructive to watch and count the ads they have sold, because ultimately that's what pays for the transmission.and the need to attract casual viewers. Living here in speedway vacuum land of Uncle Sam and totally dependent on streams, ii'll watch and listen to Polish, Russian Swedish, Danish and Ermelenkoish and just be grateful. Alan.
  3. Or maybe they'll say "stuff this" and not bother carrying it.
  4. Guess who was on the wrong thread! Mr Technology himself.
  5. Anyone would think you are a fan of this league Greetings from a warm (at last!) and sunny USA. Alan. Glad the weather has cooperated. Nicki- ask no quarter, ya get no quarter. Not the best night to grab one of those picnic tables. Brrrrrr
  6. At the interval, well done ZG. Emil and Darcy not match fit and a subdued Gollob would indicate this will play out as it is. Enjoyable so far, without being enthralling. Emil needs meetings and has no GP commitments. Perhaps The Bees should "splash the cash" and bring Emil in for Harris. There! He heard you.
  7. Really looking forward to this one and hope for a rip-snorter, with no injuries and great racing. A Reading supporter has a big smile after that one.
  8. The great thing to look forward to in this one is the great mutual love, respect and admiration from spectators and management of both teams.
  9. I'm surprised to see them both there today. They were both "rested" a week ago weren't they?

  11. Mikec, Wonder how long the Rybnik hierarchy will stay patient with Harris & Bridger?? Sad to see they're struggling again. My answer would be 'Bye Bye, if I were paying the bills.
  12. There is always such a line-up I always pass. Which I guess means they are tasty!
  13. So nice to see Kolodziej riding at full confidence again. Such a nice little guy too. Needs to stay away from that Brandon chip wagon.
  14. He was alucky lad not to get creamed there. Glad he is okay. Hancock and Artiom- solid pairing. Zagar tried hard to no avail.
  15. Just about to ask if I stay on Sopcast and it switches over So all is well in Streamland. Good job the Liverpool match is tomorrow , else I would have been conflicted. Not giving a toss about Chelsea ( sorry fans ) on with the racing. Wot a nice day and a lovely panoramic view of the stadium.
  16. Dennis "the imp" Andersson looking a shadow of his former elf. Still on Sopcast.
  17. Yes, I can see that. BIG payday for Ulamek! Hans Andersen must have jet-lag because he scored big for the Bees at Lakeside last night. Today.....
