It used to be the case on the international sections that it was respectful and mindful that there were a lot of 'neutrals" in many different countries who just love the sport. I think the big question for both Lagutas is visa entry. I have no idea what the problem is, but they have been refused entry in the past. Hope they are allowed to race- would make it one hell of a meeting.
