Lodz were not allowed to give him permission to ride. The Polish authorities had set the rules and Lodz had no leeway at all. It was against the rules and was stopped- presumably when the Polish authorities realised that he was riding in Denmark, Sweden and UK- when he was only allowed to ride in 2 of them.

That wasn`t a CLUB- he was riding in more league`s than allowed and the AUTHORITIES said drop one.
