on the Super 7 website it says that on finals day there are 2-6 heat semi-finals and a 16 heat final.does anyone know if last year was the same format? in the 6 race qualifer i assume each rider has 1 ride with 2 nominated races-so 2 riders in each of the teams that dont qualify for the final will only have 1 ride all night !
not surprising the Racers are the wild card-we are at Glasgow on the sunday and the BSPA were ensuring the Racers didnt have to go all the way to Scotland as a one-off !
you can fly from stanstead to dusseldorf(weeze)with Ryanair for £37 return inculding taxes.we are transferring to dusseldorf by coach and catching a train to gelesenkirchen.
there is a cheap hotel at the airport if you go to www.booking.com and put in skavsta you will find the connect hotel.you could also put in nykoping they have hotels listed there.
for anyone thinking of going to gothenberg for the GP ryanair have reduced prices from stanstead to gothenberg city I have just booked flights for £55 return.
thanks for your help i think the 22.34 train might go straight to zagreb without changing.definately going by train, speedway world website says the stadium is 2km from the station so not much of a walk.however we will have to ask Mr olsen to make sure he runs the meeting through on time!
i think the train might leave at 22.34 and was worried about the meeting over-running (persumably slovenia 1 hour ahead so should be all done and dusted by 10 )
thanks for the suggestion but didnt want to hire a car because the hotel is in the centre of zagreb very near the station and the airport bus to zagreb is only £3 each way.I also believe that krsko is only 30 km approx from zagreb
We've just booked Slovenian GP trip staying and flying into Zagreb and intend going to Krsko by train. Has anyone done this trip and are there plenty of trains especially after the meeting to get back to Zagreb?
