In all FIM meetings excluding GP`s they never take 1st 2nds etc into account-always run-offs-i think 6 from this round went through because this semi was semi no 1 and the FIM decided it(persumably before the draw)last year the Russian qualifier that no riders could get visas for also had 1 more qualifier from it.

They needed a 3rd for the rostrum-always have a run-off kk was 3rd hans has qualified as 6 went through from Dagavpils-providing a Swede qualified from one of the three meetings

I think you will find that ALL the GP rounds make money for BSI/IMG-the rounds they don`t promote themselves they get a fat fee off the host promoter
