Rules if a rider withdraws through injury any bet on that rider is void(edits can be made upto start time) If a rider is injured during a meeting points scored by the reserves will be included in that injured riders score. if the result of a meeting is called at any stage after 20 heats the spreads will stand If the result of a meeting is called at the completion of 16 heats the spread will be adjusted to %80 of the orginal.

I have seen the crash (via Polish speedway site)but didnt want to link it here the tyre fence appeared to be part of the track.His front wheel clipped the back wheel of the rider in front picked up speed alarmingly and was in the fence in a split second.

Tractor size tyres as a safety fence at the place of the high speed crash.Questions need to be asked about track safety .Did the track have to do anything differently for the world u21 meetings ?
