  1. It even stretches to some Brit`s actually supporting and working for the Yanks-Did you see the "main man " on Monday.
  2. Philip Rising has said that BSI/FIM are thinking about re-instating the World pairs in which case the pairs and the SWC would run alternate years. With 7 teams in the pairs you probably wouldn`t need a qualifier just a straight final.
  3. We know which helmet colour the teams are wearing for the Race-off red USA blue Latvia white Great Britain yellow Australia Confirmation of line-ups and riding position will be known shortly after 1.30 pm uk time on Thursday.
  4. Sorry to take issue with you-but in 2011 Poland rode at Kings Lynn and won it to go to the final in Gorzow. In 2012 Sweden only rode in the final in Malilla So if not in 2012 when did the new rule come in ???
  5. You obviously don`t rate MJJ and Hancock then ? because they are both in heat 8 !!!

  7. Well it`s on for 150 mins so i would suggest it`s the whole meeting(delayed live coverage) if not we might get about 30 mins racing only as the meeting starts at 2 pm our time.
  8. At 2pm Eurosport 2 are not showings Highlights of motoGP-it is their full coverage of the race for 90 mins hence speedway only available from 3.30 pm BBC have live coverage of the motoGP`s but eurosport do major on it as well.
  9. I will repeat what i said in an earlier post Maybe if they renew the contract next season they will not sell it as " every match live " and change it to "live unless we can find something else to put on instead "
  10. Sorry no you are wrong-read page 9 here http://www.fim-live.com/fileadmin/alfresco/6550005_eng.pdf
  11. No they can only replace a rider who is injured or ill in event 1 and 2 from the declared line-up given 14 days before the start of the tournament-for the race off and final teams have until 30 mins after the relevant practice(ie Thursday race-off Friday final)to confirm riders and riding order-teams already will know what colour they are riding before making that decision-this is 100% correct.
  12. The rule starts by saying that teams have to declare their line-up for the first match 14 days in advance-then the lines i quoted previously about once the competition has started etc etc
  13. Yes page 9 agree it`s not well written but the relevant part is "once the SWC tournament has started and as FMN`s progress they may change their team etc etc. All done to ensure programmes printed with line-ups complete where possible. Obviously race-off and final programmes have blank line-ups,however with the continental lay-out these only need to be filled in once.
  14. Several threads covering the same SWC but basically posters were saying drop kennett and i posted to say that the rules don`t allow for a rider to be dropped once named in the team for the 1st meetings(since i believe confirmed on twitter by Middlo) However teams and riding orders for race-off and final are not confirmed until team sheets are handed in-no later than 30 mins after practice for those meetings.
  15. I have already put on the GB thread that the rule for changing line-ups is only for the race-off and final -as in previous years teams for the Czestochowa and Kings Lynn round can only be changed for illness or injury(add refusing to ride for the Russian federation as well !! )
  16. Pretty sure they have been around since the 80`s on green sheets
