  5. Here`s the rule taken straight from the rule book15.11 After Heat 10 in an official Team fixture, only the Team that is losing may request a track inspection, or seek abandonment of the Meeting As I watched the farce on fast forward the following morning-I have to ask did Poole request the match to be called off at that point because if they did that would be against the rules
  6. It`s also in the rules that only the losing team can ask for the match to be curtailed.
  7. Thanks-I didn`t twig that 2 different outfits were broadcasting the GP`s-is 1 cable and 1 satellite ? bit like SKY and Virgin over here.
  8. Thanks-out of interest how do they show them-world feed with their own commentators ? I have seen Erik Stenlund at GP`S is he involved ? Do they go back to a studio at any stage ?
  9. "Yes - great isn't? " TV is big business for BSI Pretty sure live GP`s are on a pay-per-view channel in Sweden(c more ) so it`s a no brainer not having a Swede in it.
  10. If only for Swedish TV`s sake they have to have a Swedish rider in the series.
  11. It will be interesting if any other broadcaster fancies outbidding Premier sports for the coverage overhere.(contract ran-out this season) Certainly very enjoyable watching over the season.
  12. Lots of opinions around by respected Polish Journalists including taking away the Silver medal from Torun.Long suspensions for the Torun officals.Big compensation will need to be paid to Zielona Gora to cover the returned admission. However the general consensus of opinion is that the torun fans weren`t to blame and shouldn`t be excessively punished.Torun`s inexperienced management are clearly to blame and I for one am sure that had someone like Marek Cieslak been in charge at Torun we wouldn`t have had all this nonsense. I also blame the Extraleague officals for allowing the Torun team to leave Zielona Gora before dicussions took place to ensure the match took place. It was all so stupid Hampel and Dudek could have crashed in their opening rides ruling themselves out of the meeting-one never knows what`s going to happen.
