  1. Really enjoyed the whole weekend as always-Somerset followed by the GP. thought the rider presentation superb-just one thing I would like to see at Cardiff is some sing-a -long songs during the interval`s to get the crowd on their feet.Poland do it well at their GP`S.Also didn`t see the bongo cam used this year-pretty funny when used before.Just thought the intervals were a bit flatter music wise, than in previous years.
  2. So when is it ? normally we have a few who think they know-and are wrong and some who know and are right

  6. You have never heard of the expression "it`s not over until the fat lady sings"- I think Barry the cat(he normally knows what time of day it is) is saying that time has run out for the Brummies.

  11. Thanks Jacqueline - I had every faith you would come up with the answer. Is there a problem with Esbjerg allowing Kanal sport access for filming their home meetings?
  12. Sorry Pandorum but Dave was no way lamentable-he made 1 mistake, that was all-don`t forget Nige and Kelv have been doing it for years.I think apart from the odd GP world feed this is the first live TV work Dave has done-he is coping superbly in my opinion- It cannot be easy with a producer continually instructing him through an earpiece to pause for the compiling of highlights, and countdowns to ad breaks, cueing in interviews etc.
  13. If all goes to plan-no major crash delays-the fireworks should wrap it all up by about 8.15pm at the latest.
  14. Can I make a guess on who that new race director could be-thinking about it,could it either be JS or TB ??
  15. Although Wednesday`s match Esbjerg v Munkebo is definitely on-I am pretty sure it`s not televised-Maybe one of our Danish friends can confirm.

  17. That`s because I`ve got a wise head on old shoulders-much like you Philip
  18. Can endorse that as well-remembered all my details from before-cannot have taken more than 4 minutes from start to finish-Congratulations to Torun and kupbilet.
  19. Shouldn`t think they would want to take the risk and expense to lay a temporary track(they haven`t used one yet-although they were talking about a new stadium in Gdansk-not normally used for speedway) as long as a British track was FIM approved in theory a round could be held here.
