  1. Now confirmed that div 1 and 2 will be amalgamated in 2016-however it is all a bit of a farce as there will be 11 clubs but Rawicz and Opole will only race at home (10 matches)and away at the other club. more news when I have tried to fathom it all out !!!!!
  2. It is by the promoter`s or they will go skint !!!!
  3. looks as if it`s confirmed now. Leszno are looking the team to beat in 2016
  4. Latest news suggests that Piotr Pawlicki will be staying with Leszno
  5. Greyhound racing article about Thursday`s meeting http://www.racingpost.com/news/greyhounds/oxford-campaign-has-meeting-on-thursday/2013823/top/
  6. Looks as if the Div 1/2 plan above has been scuppered by TV requirements- TVP looking for an 8 team Div 1
  7. Now confirmed Wroclaw will ride their home matches in Poznan in 2016 Photograph of Poznan stadium http://sportowefakty.wp.pl/zuzel/zdjecia/galeria/8941/stadion-na-poznanskim-golecinie/21-406543#photo-start Reports from Poland indicate that div 1 and 2 might be amalgamated in 2016 into 2 groups group 1 Rzeszow Bydgoszcz Lodz Pila Rawicz Opole group 2 Daugavpils Gdansk Krakow Czestochowa Krosno
  8. Not 100% confirmed yet- but it looks as if Wroclaw will be definitely staging their home meetings in 2016 in the newly renovated stadium in Poznan.
  9. It`s certainly not normally technicalities that stop the issuing of licences-it`s normally where there are debts from the season just gone which need to be cleared before the authorities give the green light. As far as Wroclaw`s refusal it`s not about money but a problem because at the moment they have not an agreement where they will race home meetings in 2016-the Olympic stadium is un-available because of the refurbishment for the 2017 world games. the likelihood is that Wroclaw will use either Posnan or Ostrow as their base in 2016.

  11. Presumably because the BSPA press office have not been notified of any other signings-as is stated on the bottom of relevant page.
  12. Marek Cieslak is the new coach/manager at Zielona Gora having been with them previously- in 2011 they won the league under his leadership.

  14. All the questions you ask are difficult to answer because none of the information is in the public domain. The Elite league clubs have income from - TV money, sponsorship, gate receipts, programme sales and a few lucky ones have bar and catering income( kings lynn, Leicester and next season Belle Vue). Riders will get paid per points per match, some will be on minimum guarantee and some will have signing on fees. as an educated guess I would suggest that in general riders would be paid in Sweden 3 x GB rates and Poland 6 x GB rates. it was reported that Emil was on £1500 per point in Czestochowa a couple of years ago(not that he got it all)
  15. Which for non-Danish speakers means that Hancock and MJJ are both signed for Slangerup in 2016
  16. looks like Grudziadz have replaced Rzeszow in the Extraleague in 2016
  17. He did show the play-offs in 2013 through a subscription(speedway TV ?) I am still awaiting my refund for the matches not shown
  18. Motorcycling Australia said 25,000 http://www.ma.org.au/index.php?id=12&tx_ttnews[tt_news]=15458&tx_ttnews[backPid]=6&cHash=6c22fa9584
  19. Polish media reporting that Wroclaw will possibly be racing their home meetings in 2016 at the re-vamped stadium(not finished)in Poznan.
  20. At least BT sport have jumped in with the "pinnacle of the sport " and 2016 should be a really exciting series. I think they would be sensible to use commentators who are track based and cannot see them flying people around Europe to duplicate the Pearson/Tatum combination-who I believe do a really great job with the GP`s . I`m not convinced however that there would not be a problem with the SKY bosses over them popping up on BT sport.
