I reckon a shrewd promotor in the 2nd league could easily put a good team together to challenge any of the teams in the first league or get very close

all i can see on the averages available there is not going to be enough riders about seems to me some riders are all ready out of a job have to wait and see

Most riders average are false because of the race format being used hopefully this will be change for next season
