Alcohol At Cardiff
SuzieQ replied to loyal royal's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
I cannot believe you spoke to him and are now defending him! We were sat close enough to see the whole thing kick off and how he seemed to constantly wind others up! We had our own "eagle eye" that misses nothing! -
Alcohol At Cardiff

At last someone names Mr Barker! he did nothing but offend people all weekend! the lad needs to hold off on the drink if he can't hold his tongue! Must admit I would not know the other three if I tripped over them (which by all accounts I could have done ) we were sat just behind and to the left of the major errrrrr "kerfuffle" after the heat 5 incident and it seemed to take only seconds for Ben Barker to launch in there! Most of the evening we had many security and police and attendance around our area after that and they were well aware of Ben and his friends! -
That is as maybe, great for people like me with fear of heights though! That aside, I am being brave and going with the flow this year (although not too sure where Flo is sitting )

SuzieQ replied to halo's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Tell that to Chris and Toni with their amazing tans! anyway it's always sunny in Poole -
1. Sam Ermolenko 2. Bruce Penhall 3. Scott Autrey although did want to put Mike Curuso in here, as I loved him when he was at Poole (and we shared the same birthday (except he was 10 years older!)

They don't do the draw until Friday lunchtime for the riding order, so won't be anything available till after that!

Wahoo! you get to have some real speedway riders over there! Just a shame that this obviously means you are not coming home to come to Cardiff with us and Jade to support Edward! We miss you! -
Pedersen Breaks Finger Having Tantrum
SuzieQ replied to Rob B's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Errrr! No, I ain't that much of a Dane lover! I would offer to sit in Scott's pit first and try and sort his head out first, starting with kicking Tatum out, what on earth he is doing there is beyond me, like he is ever going to help! Anyway, I would not like to be that close to Nicki when he gets a grump on! -
I do all of them, if you are coming down on Wednesday let me know!

Have to say, admire Nicki as I do - this really did make me chuckle! He seriously needs to hold that temper of his! -
Another Ridiculous Exclusion
SuzieQ replied to Brummie Boy's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Strange as over the past few years I have become quite a Nicki fan, yet as soon as it happened tonight I said to my husband that Nicki had to go! No matter how many times they showed the replays from different angles I did not change my point of view! As others have said on here, had it been the other way round you can be damn sure that Nicki would have been bleating that the rider took his front wheel away from him, so he can't have it both ways! -
Gp Qualifying Round 4, Pocking.

Wahoo! Well Done Dave! Now to keep it going and for goodness sake do not put your club first this season (sorry Eastbourne!!) -
Stop that! Regardless of the price! it was a damn good read!

Chris Harris And Scott Nicholls
SuzieQ replied to paul84's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
That is because Neil paid to go to the GP's to be with the riders, I guess Jim doesn't feel the same passion for Britain! As for Scott, I personally don't think that having Kelvin next to him in the pits is the right move for him, can't really see Mr Tatum as a motivator! Scott needs someone who can get him to focus more, now I really don't know who that would be, I would love to say Mark Loram, but he has enough to deal with in getting himself fit for now but there must be someone that can help Scott out, I have such faith in that lad to do well, he has the skill to beat the best, he has the aggression, he just needs someone to get him to pull all that together on the track! -
Well Done Denmark !

Thanks! Understood that so much more! and yes the rain did spoil it! -
Steve, I think you meant 1994, the year of the race off for the title between Rickardsson, Nielsen and Boyce! But yes, it was definitely over 25,000 that night However, taken from the Vojens Speedway Centre, History Page: Ole Olsen said: "I explained people, that they would be seeing real speedway, that there would be a track, and that the first thing I wanted was a good and safe track." In September 1975, shortly after winning his second WC title at Wembley, a proud Ole Olsen cut the wire to Vojens Speedway Center. Over 40.000 fans arrived and another 10.000 had to drive back home. Have to agree with you there, on reading through all this about Pedersen/Gollob it is only the Danish fans (or the "would be" Danish fans from Britain) and the Poole/Bjarne fans that are outraged by this! Gollob came across far more professional in his interview in the pits afterwards I felt! -
Well Done Denmark !

Well, personally I only skimmed through his post as I could not make head nor tail of it and gave up! Impressed you read the whole lot! -
