All will be signing for the comets in the next 2 weeks. Don't believe a thing until the best promoter in speedway (Laura) has made an announcement.

I found that to be one of the saddest nights of speedway I have witnessed at DP. Not because of the one sided victory or the lack of passing but it was heartbreaking to watch Grieves and especially Wrighty, who rode the track like a novice and was continuously in a fight with the bike, whats happened to the big blasts round the boards, now he seems to be glued to the white line. Felt sorry for the Glasgow supporters, at least they all had a good amount of neck oil to ease the pain.

Maths was never my strong point but Is that comment for real? , Cook and Dyer scored 5 points less than the SEVEN riders from Ippo, but they scored 37 points less than the FIVE other riders from Worky.

A number of comments about home track advantage saying that's what saw the comets through, and of course home track advantage does help. But lets not forget both Cook & Dyer like the Ippo team were having their first visit to DP this season and they scored nearly as many points as the Ippo team put together. Just put it down to a good old fashioned drubbing.
