What an odd response. Where did I mention nationality? -

Judging by crowd levels it can't be far off. -

Hopefully a no hoper beats Nicholls off a big handicap(30m I think), Wolves will be sure to sign him up in 2013 then -

No Bomber? -
I'd pick Vaculik, Ward, MJJ and Hampel.

Referee Just Bottled Semi Decision
TrueBee replied to TheReturn's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
It was a Monster of a decision for the referee to make! -
It's subjective. Everyone will always disagree on these matters as you can normally build a case for either rider depending on which side of the fence you sit on. I thought it was very similar to the move Holder used on Bomber in the 2010 Grand Final and I would have excluded Chris for being the cause of the stoppage. However, it's done now and adds towards a miserable 2012 season which will only get worse on the following two Monday's. Congrats to the Polish Fast Chris Holder on becoming World Champ.

Rico Memorial Meeting
TrueBee replied to Sprog1's topic in Speedway Testimonials & Individual and Shared Events
Great turnout for him and a pretty decent meeting to go with it. Thought his lads did ever so well, particularly to thank everyone in attendance #RICO -
Epic meeting! Topped off by the M69 being closed!

Loads of interest in this meeting! I think it'll be a decent meeting. Anyone know if Sam Masters will be fit to take his place?

Hopefully it'll be a decent meeting. Looking forward to it! Come on Team Gb!

4tt At Leicester?

Oops. Shame a young Brit wasn't in reserve position for them. -

I thought the racing was better than my previous visit, I just think the bends do not allow for any cut back coming off the corner. If you look at the 16 year old Aussie and the 16 year old who replaced the injured Wolves rider then you'd see the difference between the two nations. Not sure the comment that the Aussie wouldn't get a national league side is accurate -

Guaranteed 4th for the Bees! Auty withdrawn due to illness. -

No, I thought it would have been on their fixture list before the league matches. Have you ever thought that it would have been possible to have forecasted a free week and the promotion could have arranged a provisional meeting? -

Don't think it'll get many new followers by announcing it to fans already in attendance. Just thought that they could have promoted this longer than 7 days before it was scheduled. -

Another well promoted event. I only noticed this on our fixture list on Friday evening. -
I don't think we should really bring this back up if I'm honest. I don't like Darcy for a lot of actions he has carried out but it isn't really appropriate for discussion on a forum imo, especially one of the nature you have mentioned.

Hampel and Ward are obvious Wild Cards to me. I would then pick two from MJJ, Pavlic, Vaculik, NKI(although he has never done anything at GP level and had one great domestic season), Prz Pawlicki and perhaps Woffinden will get one not based on ability. That would leave the series with no British rider which is how it should be at this current time.

No it wasn't. It said he was asked back and he said he'd love to return to Brandon(which he would say). It's different to agreeing terms to ride the following season. Having said that, I would expect him to return to Brandon.

He's matured since then, he doesn't say foolish things anymore!
