Cheers. Thought that might be one for the teams only I'll definitely pop along for a meeting when I'm down near Plymouth again. Good luck with the playoff surge!
-
It was a good meeting but Rye House were poor Kennett apart who was unlucky not to pass Risager on the line. Plenty of action so enjoyed my first visit to Plymouth. Is the portaloo the only toilet available to the public or are there others?

Should have called it off after heat 8 or carried on until heat 15. This is why no one goes to speedway, what a waste of £18 that would have been!

Swindon Robins V Coventry Bees 26th May 2015
TrueBee replied to mdmc82's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Hope Hans gets well soon! Great to see a young Brit in Howarth continuing to improve. Don't know how anyone could tolerate Batch, if it isn't food poisoning he is looking down at his engine, he has such little fight in him on track. Not sure about the exclusion myself, seemed very soft at this level of the sport to me. People moan about the lack of passing but then want a rider excluded when there is minimal contact at most, if everyone went down like that we would only race 20m in each heat! Well done to Swindon on their win. -

I swear every other post is nonsense or speculation from a computer desk, do they ever have a day off? -

Coventry Bees V Poole Pirates 10th April 2015
TrueBee replied to mdmc82's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
No excuses on the night (Heeps was obviously a poor choice), Poole were just better tonight. Meeting pretty dull so I haven't missed much in over a year since my last appearance. Not sure why the Garrity exclusion is being questioned as he took Newman's wheel away. Can't really use the excuse that we got excluded in point scoring positions either. Magic was obviously injured and what would Poole gain from withdrawing him?! Hopefully the meetings aren't this dull all year for the fans that attend regularly. -

Risky, what will happen if a Bees rider gets injured? -
Social Media For Speedway Teams
TrueBee replied to uk_martin's topic in Speedway News and Discussions
It's difficult for clubs as they are far too busy reading this forum to connect with us on social media. However, they do engage on social media with us very well when they start crying after reading something on here that hits a nerve. -
Team Gb - Middlo Quits!
TrueBee replied to Barry The Cat's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Middlo's best decision of 2013. Surely Phil Morris is the next man. Can't believe Havelock's name mentioned, as he's the only team manager who is worse than Middlo! -
Who Should Be In Gb World Cup Team?
TrueBee replied to bri1966's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
It's hardly surprising to read these tweets given the GB Team Manager/Coach doesn't set a good example on Twitter particularly his tweets regarding his Team GB selection. -
Who Should Be In Gb World Cup Team?

Can't wait to see Kennett show his class and cut back against any rider in front of him! -
I can see why they've done this with Greenwood coming back but it must be hard to take for Brendan. Hope he gets fixed up in the near future.

Coventry Storm V Stoke Potters .. Friday May 31st 8pm
TrueBee replied to Main Man's topic in National League Speedway
Enjoyed my first ever NL meeting. Entertaining meeting but Stoke seemed to struggle, I was impressed with Reade for the Potters. -
Tai Woffinden
TrueBee replied to David Haddock's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Fair play to Tai, I wasn't sure how he would fair this season but he has been excellent so far. It has been refreshing to see and long may it continue. -

Maybe he was high when interviewed? Could have got weed from his kids? -
What happened or was Masters being petulant again?
-
No I hadn't haha! I'm sure I did a better site for school projects using html I suddenly want to book time off work to attend though! You don't have to look far to see why this sport will never step into the modern day or grow!
-
Some are shocking! I often judge companies (outside of Speedway) by their websites and if they look that poor I'm very easily put off. Some Speedway websites remind me of small children who have just discovered Word Art and try to use all the different types haha!

While we're at it can we abolish the points limit and let every rider double up. Also everyone should be allowed an r/r wherever it is used in the team as they are denying extra points money! I could go on. Most sports have rules and regulations which appear to be illegal if they were to be challenged but it's accepted that these are adhered to by the said organisations.

Most Speedway clubs do the same. Kings Lynn and Sheffield both have stolen theirs as well.
