Russian Rider In The Sgp
bluejam replied to geeze's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Emil Saifutdinov won World U21s Championship in 2007 and 2008.From what i saw of him last season at Bydgoszcz,he was absolutely sensational(just ask Lawrence off this forum!).Capable of beating anyone in this years GPs.Really wish he was riding in Britain this season. -
Well impressed with Antti Aakkos' performance this arvo. Can any rider break Krasnikovs' domination of ice racing at this current time though?
-
Well done Nikolai Krasnikov again.I think Conkers managed to get a smile out of him too.
-
1st time in Assen.A very enjoyable nights racing indeed.Stansilav Arhipov a very worthy winner indeed of the Roelof Thijs Bokaal.Very surprised his guy didn't make it in to the top 16 in qualifying.Maybe Conkers or Iris 123 can tell me why he didn't make it?
-
Any news on Stefan Svensson and Harald Simon and their injuries?
-
What a weekend that was in Berlin. My 1st ever Ice meetings.A huge thank you to Conkers,Iris 123 for helping this novice out, without your help I don't know what would have happened(How waterproof do you need to be on a Sunday afternoon in Wilmersdorf by the way!!)An even bigger thank you to Wolfgang Radszuweit from bahnsport.de and his fantastic hospitality towards myself and the photos he's very kindly given to me.Looking forward to Assen immensely.
-
Look forward to seeing you guys and gals at Horst Dohm Stadion. Will be wearing Brummies colours,so you can spot me a mile away!!My 1st Ice meeting ever.
-
Some very poignant questions asked there Rob(hopefully Bydgoszcz too),as I'll be doing the same myself in 2009!
-
Can anyone help on this subject?Online ticket order forms became available for ice speedway championships in Assen next March 14/15th last Saturday.I've submitted my order by this process and a request for bank account details are mandatory for this ticket application.I haven't received any confirmation for this ticket submission by email as yet.Is this a normal process when applying for tickets? Are tickets sent to your residential address or do you have to collect them on the day of the meetings next March?

Just a pity that Przemyslaw Pawlicki isn't riding for Leszno this afternoon, due to his injuries. It's been good to watch him ride this season.Polands' answer to young Wuffy in my opinion. -

Wouldn't have been able to use Cardiff next week as there's a Heineken Cup rugby match there next weekend. -
I think Anthony Barlow rode for Oxford,Arena Essex and Glasgow in the late 1990s.Think he may have ridden for Hull too, although I may be mistaken.
