If you had stayed in the Elite League then you would perhaps had the specific meetings on a Thursday but because you are now in the Premier League then the Sheffield meetings take priority, unfortunately...

Richard certainly knows the best way round Owlerton (even if this year proved different!) but once he gets his set ups right, hopefully will be a trump signing... Also says on twitter that he is likely to start the season at reserve which is a bonus!

Says in Speedway Star that Sheffield didn't want Proctor or Poole, or any other Australian rider needing a visa, cause of what happened last year and I don't blame them!

Sheffield have been more successful this year than the previous couple of years but I can't help but feel that the end of season has been an anticlimax! No last meeting so we can cheer our riders on for the hard work they have done this year (the guests included) or a firework display which has always happened in previous years

Good luck with the 2000 gate, we were thinking of going but not now with Sheffield with a 2 point deficit and not knowing on the fitness of Jason.

Following Thursday's meeting, I think it's the stadiums security that's the problem and not the Sheffield Speedway Promotion, the STAARS Co-Ordinator tried to enter the pits to give one of the Sheffield riders some support but was denied access.....

Aye the stadium owners have spent all that money on upgrading the stadium and made the pits smaller! Ridiculous

Would be interesting to find out whose decision this was to refuse entry to the pits for Gary?
