  1. Am going to Wroclaw v Ziolona Gora next week and potentially Leszno v Rybnik (depending on date swapping), is there an outlet in Wroclaw and Leszno for tickets or get them from stadium on day?
  2. Mark Baseby withdrawn tonight through injury, not sure what options there are if he's not available.
  3. Would reason Saunders is missing not be grasstrack? Am presuming that's where Charley Powell is.
  4. I live 15 mins from track and I would say to anyone going, leave early. M5 really bad Southbound from Gloucester onwards, and even worse Northbound as already detailed. Shame as it could really affect the attendance and wouldn't be surprised if a rider or two was getting there by the skin of their teeth! Picking your way through the backroads (Glastonbury etc) is the best thing to do but even they're busier than usual today. Safe journey all.
  5. Interesting signing by the Eagles. Wood and Powell both from grasstracking backgrounds so worth a go. Need someone at permanent reserve by the cut off. Hopefully he'll ride Saturday.
  6. Enjoyed watching him for the Eagles, fine young rider and nice lad. Love to see him back again at some point.
  7. I must be very lucky as have been going to Cardiff for years and no problems with the Poles at all, the more the merrier I say, adds to the atmosphere. Another good Cardiff meeting with decent racing, after the referee decided to delay the tapes too much in the first few heats.
  8. Think it's odds against now as forecast has changed. Shame as (even as a neutral) it's normally a good meeting. Fingers crossed but not looking good.
  9. Raining since around 1pm, but not heavily so roads etc aren't bad at all. If covers do theit job and rain stops between 7-8pm as predicted all should be ok. The M5 is it's usual joyous self
  10. I think if they do use covers (I didn't realise Somerset had them) then we could be in business. Met Office forecast says rain should disappear mid evening so could always start around 8pm if needs be. I'm around 15 mins from track and it's damp this morning, however a dry day should sort it out. If there's no covers then a definite problem. Fingers crossed as it's usually a great meeting.
  11. Depends where Williamson lives I suppose as to whether he can get down there in time.
  12. Yep, admirable club though Buxton are, they don't bring many/any away supporters down South and aren't exactly box office/local derby material. Couple that with the Friday evening joy that is the M25 then the attendance will suffer. Good to see they're not getting thrashed though.
  13. Thank you Mr Drop a Cog (why did you change your nom de plume Btw? ) . You certainly live up to your BSF surname..
  14. Ah the same JK that missed the gate on Saturday and blasted round two if theirs in half a lap.
  15. Nice to see plenty of Kings fans on bend 1. Think it will be tight tonight with Eagles shading it.
  16. It's a knockout would be more entertaining than the early round, the race off and final on the other hand. ...
  17. I may be going mad (and apologies if I am) but were the National League 4s announced? Could have sworn it was in Swindon around 9th July but can't see it on any sites. Scrub out the above, just found out via Twitter it's not on the 9th July anymore.
  18. Clegg looked unbeatable after a couple of races however Jake rode excellently in the last couple of heats. Really good team performance and score, if anything, could have been even bigger for a couple of falls in scoring positions. Expected a little more of Buxton and am sure Williamson would have kept things closer.
  19. Forecast is light rain until early afternoon so hopefully ok.
