Yes same as Ouch always harping on about Belle Vue getting the rough end of the stick!
-
Haha, not bringing out the old Poole get preferential treatment again!!
-
That's rubbish, any 2 pointer will never get anywhere near Thomson's average that is an impossible target.
-
Well you either think not to try as you will be replaced anyway or try extra hard so that you wont be dropped.
-
Not Starke then. It would be no surprise for him to be our second heat leader because Lewis Kerr will drop his average.
-
I dont know why the club dont say what average he is coming in on unless they are worried that some other clubs may object.
-
He means we are running, there is a full stop after air fence and also there would be no need for an air fence if we were not running.
-
Why wait? Not announcing them now is Crackers!!
-
So why Starke when we could have had Foord, numbers game we were told.
-
Yes looks a good team, definite play offs.
-
Like every other year.
-
Who knows?
-
Also Howarth was poor last season so they expect him to be better next season but will he?
-
When a fan of another team puts post after post on the league champions thread you know he is trying to convince himself his team has a chance.
-
I certainly think potentially Rowe will be better than Flint next season.
-
Has he not sure how you work that out, our heat leaders have averages close to yours and our reserves are much better.
-
You are correct, it is irrelevant what a rider did a decade ago but it shows that he a capable rider who although is not the rider he used to be should still be able to hold his own at second string/ reserve level.
-
We are fine thanks, not at all disheartened by the Glasgow team, time will tell if having a very top heavy team is the way to go, personally think a more balanced team is better.
-
You can't get a gp rider on a 4 point average which is apparently what Kildermand will come in on. Time will tell but if he is a 4 pointer then that should be a good signing.
-
I did not say that, this is a good team just not unbeatable as some seem to think. Certain riders need to be more consistent. Don't know why Howarth did not have a great season, could be machinery so that is fixable, riding with Harris in both leagues will no doubt help Boughen and I hope it does because I think he has a bright future in the sport. Flint has been up and down for a couple of seasons but on his day can beat anyone, Dan T I rate highly and wanted him at Poole, rather have him than Lewis Kerr any day.
-
Howarth needs to improve from last season, he was very poor sometimes also Flint had a few off meetings and Boughen was very poor at the end of last season plus you always need at least one good reserve so the hope is Hodder can be that one, he did getb 6 at his last meeting, so it isn't as straightforward as some may think.
-
What happened with Howarth saying he wanted a track nearer home!!!
-
What could go wrong!!
-
I have seen a rider with promise called Jack Mcdiarmid, is he Mitch's brother?
-
They couldn't have Wojdylo as he is far too difficult for Scott Nicholls to pronounce!!
