Personally not that worried about the entertainment but my biggest complaint would be the cost of the programme.

The Aussies had no chance of winning with the inconsistant Watt in their team,to get two lasts on his home track is pitiful.

I don't think the pre meeting entertainment makes any difference to the crowd levels,so personally i just accept whatever it is and like many others stay in the pub if its not my cup of tea.

They were probably his sponsors!!

Contrary to popular opinion Matt Ford is not a personal friend of the majority of Poole fans.

Both Ward and Holder will be at Poole no worries,the 8 point rule will be scrapped.

Its a shame PK can't make it for whatever reason but the line up is still strong and it will provide good racing,as for Watt not appearing thats a blessing,he's been absolute rubbish lately and Ward has been flying and if i was manager i would tell him he has been replaced,Matt Ford seems to want people to think Watt has dropped himself so we all think he's such a good chap,personally if he doesn't improve soon i would drop him from the team,always been inconsistant and unreliable.

He last rode here in the world cup,fantastic meeting,fantastic rider but the only time he has ridden here lately is for his country and i suspect there would be trouble for him in his homeland if he refused to ride for his country.

I hope Scotty doesn't,he was terrific at Kings Lynn last year.

According to the speedway star,Richardson is deserting team GB.

Isn't an asset usually something or someone that is valuable!!

I would agree that most leagues are competitive and exciting,as was proved to me by several trips to the oak tree arena,which although smaller than KL does produce some terrific racing.

Well i actually went to the play off final at KL when you were against Sheffield,a few years ago and the racing was appalling,i trust that wasn't the usual fare on offer but the world cup proved what great speedway can be had at KL.

I will be going,as i have always enjoyed my trips to KL and i am sure i will not be alone.Hopefully Peterborough and Coventry will also be in the EL. I don't think they will be too upset by losing the derby with Ipswich as they didn't seem too happy about the way their assets were approached and now Ipswich haven't any derbies either,the nearest PL club being Rye House. I am sure home attendances will increase substantially,there will be some who remember,Crump,Rickardsson,Adams,Loram etc and maybe will get hooked by the better quality racing on offer,although not to the standards set by those mentioned.

Why won't the race nights be regular?They will have local derbies if Peterborough return and the fans will be excited by the better quality,you only say your happy with a lower standard when thats all that is on offer and this will increase attendances. Elite may not have all the top riders but there is no doubt it is better quality racing than PL. TV exposure will increase revenue and will increase sponsorship,even in a recession.

Poole certainly made a profit thanks,even after repairing the toilets and showers.

The gate attendances are likely to increase,especially as they haven't increased admission.Sky money is a factor and sponsorship money should be more too.

Why don't we all give up the unequal struggle then and join the wonderfully profitable PL.

Alot of PL clubs are losing money too,even Edinburgh and they are top dogs and not all EL clubs are losing money. KL seems to be a well run club and there is no reason why it should be less profitable in the EL.
