  1. Trigger was also a character in only fools and horses.
  2. Yes I agree, I would expect improvement and he is a good signing and maybe being well under the points limit will help if they have problems later in the season, personally if I was a Birmingham fan I would prefer my team built to the limit.
  3. Vuolas was always likely to be available having been dumped by Belle Vue but I am surprised he has ended up at Birmingham, like the previous season when Tom was picked up by Birmingham having been dumped by Belle Vue.
  4. I would say given the points available it is a disappointing signing but I imagine the last signing for Oxford will be disappointing too.
  5. He isn't good enough for the Premiership.
  6. A lot of riders do that but I would not say Zagar does particularly.
  7. And Klindt will be nigh unbeatable at Plymouth too.
  8. Is he still a better rider at 41? Klindt is younger.
  9. Zagar has an existing average of 7.20 anyway so don't see why the need for re-assessment, other riders have come back like Tai did on his previous average, I don't think it will be re-assessed.
  10. Don't think it is, looks a good team that will challenge.
  11. I doubt it will, I am sure Birmingham are more than happy with 6.52!
  12. Yes looks a top signing, do you know what average he is coming in on?
  13. Maybe not too massive as I would think expectations were very low in the first place
  14. They may well have already signed one of your suggestions but the fans would not like that so that is why no announcement.
  15. I think that comes from Poole winning most seasons.
  16. That means you are ending up with someone nowhere near the points left available.
  17. Haha, I bet we know someone who wont find it funny!!
  18. Seems the logical choice, could go back to Oxford when Cairns comes in.
  19. Poole did not announce it, you are correct it should not even be talked about if there was a chance it would not happen. This sport just keeps on giving doesnt it!!!
  20. I think most would accept an increase but not to those levels. So a business decision has been reached and those that criticized Poole for contemplating entering a Premiership knock out competition can stop although they wont because we will now get criticized for not accepting.
