The form Holder is in it would be better if he stayed at home and looked after Max!! -

I know he is a Poole asset but Josh G would be a good replacement judging on how he rode against us at Leicester -
Kings Lynn V Poole 28/05/15

Should be a close meeting hoping for a win with Janowski on fire at the moment, track should suit Gomolski , our reserves should outscore the KL reserves and Dakota North rode very well there earlier in the season, depends which Watt and Holder turn up, Watt wins easily or trails in at the back and Holder is just completely off form.Kings Lynn have their problems too but good news is Bjerre and Kerr are back but losing Schlein is a major blow, personally i just hope and pray he is better very soon and makes a full recovery which it looks like there is a good chance he will, Rory has been a fantastic servant to british speedway i expect him to back on a bike as soon as he possibly can. -

It wouldn't need to be that high to cut the time down significantly we waited at least half an hour for the last bit of sun to disappear and it was lower than the stands by then. -

It wasn't Leicester's team though was it, they had Zengota, Josh G and Charles Wright all of whom improved the side. -

One dropped in my opinion, after the heat 12 5-1 we should have managed to get the extra point but in fairness Josh G was very good value, winning heat 14 was key to Poole not getting the extra point and definately scored more than Bridger would. Some people would give anything to have the talent he has and to waste it like this is awful. But do they wait an hour for it to rise, it happens at Kings Lynn too but there it is only a short wait which is acceptable, surely they could put a screen up so at least you don't have to wait quite so long, very frustrating when you have a long journey to do. -

He looked awful to be honest not on the pace at all and kept making mistakes, perhaps he was knackered after the earlier meeting. -

Anyone who saw the meeting would know it didnt matter who was in heat 15 , no one had got within half a straight of Janowski all night. He is on fire fantasic performance, if he is dropped forDarcy it will be the worst decision matt ford has ever made and he has made one or two over the years! Surely there is something that could be done, other motorsports dont stop for the sun, we didnt have heat four until 9 -

Fantastic meeting from Janowski, to come third in a gp just shows how much improvement he has made since he became a pirate. Also well done to Tai on a brilliant ride in the final and won me a small fortune. -

Sounds good may take a trip up. I was responding to Stevebrum's comment about whether it will be a legit line up, sounded mildly amusing to me. -

That line up would appear to weaken Leicester so away win on the cards, we need Janowski back for this one, he is dynamite at Leicester. -
Belle Vue Aces -v Poole "cheats" Pirates
foreverblue replied to Phil The Ace's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Maybe your idea of choking is different to mine then! My idea of choking is getting beaten when your riders are better than the opposition but lose. I have always respected the opposition and if they win good luck to them. Whenever we have been beaten in finals it is because the opposition had a better team, like Coventry in 2010, the fact that the disappointment through his own fault of not changing the team when we could of probably led to Matt Ford's showergate and fireworkgate. -

We have never been chokers, just beaten by a better team. -

Thank god for that. Can't imagine how many pages it would fill had Poole won. -

Strange time of year for Bjerre to be off form!! -
In reality it makes no difference, Newman was always going to ride for Poole irrespective of his ranking, the only difference it made was that we could pick Starke who hasn't exactly done well and it has been proved several 2nd tier riders are better than he is.

You would think with Davey Watt and PK we would be favourites for this one but Watt isn't in the form of his life and although PK is going well i think Schlein is a better guest and Holder hates the place along with Gomolski who if he is riding after damaging his wrist last night in a heat 14 fall would also hate it i would imagine.

He's obviously lowering his average so Wolves can strengthen! Only kidding but he sure isn't the rider he was and neither is Watt, maybe Poole can replace Davey with Shamek Pawlicki
