That depends on the conditions, they may say it can be called off after heat 10 because they expect the track to worsen so by the the time we get to after heat 10 it would be deemed dangerous or if the conditions improved they could continue after heat 10. if the majority of riders do not think it is too dangerous to ride why should the minority over rule them.

What are mean't to do, dammed if they carry on and dammed if they stop it, especially when two riders on the same team have a different view, the riders cannot and should not be put in a position where they have the final say, that decision has to be made by a independent official, maybe all meetings should have an ex rider to assess it when needed.
-
Depends on your view of dangerous, one riders dangerous is another man's not dangerous, Harris thought it wasn't dangerous and Joonas had a different view.

Your representing your country not an organisation and you should always want to do that, would Rooney turn down england because he didnt like the way football was run in this country.
-
Yes his choice to let down his country.

If scott nicholls thinks he has any chance he must be mad -
Thats because the danes want us to win be different if that was nicki pedersen
-
Bit annoying listening to scotty he should be riding

Yes i see your point, i was thinking another team in the mix may make it tougher for the poles.
-
I thought the old 12 heat rule was fair at least you get better value 10 heats for 18 quid is a rip off. Can't believe i actually went knowing it would be a crap meeting or rained off. i think i need to see a doctor!!
-
We had a slight chance with Russia in the mix but not now, its like a straight match between us and Poland and they have better riders.
-
Russia turning up with 3 riders is like England turning up with 10 players for a football match.
-
The same sentiment could be levelled at Nicholls, why doesn't Scotty ride in the SWC. You shouldn't need paying to ride for your country.
-
So if i backed Russia and with the Laguta brothers it was not impossible for them to have a chance then would i get my money back from the bookies? I haven't of course because my patriotism doesn't allow but i bet some have.
-
You say league points should be adjusted for only doing 10 heats which i can see the logic in but how is it these points are only raised when Poole are involved?

Over many years on this forum a lot of us including me have tried to have a reasonable discussion with the voice of no reason but he always resorts to trying to make out he is of a higher intellect and trying to gain kudos by trying to make out us mere mortals are stupid and trying make out he knows more than the rest of us when in truth he doesn't which is why he harps on about facts but doesn't actually give any of his own and can't even spell, what's headgrear!!

They must do its a free to air channel, comes with every modern tv

Poland will win this fairly easily i expect, all their riders that are in the race off are in top form i suggest back Poland with Ladbrokes at 7/2 now for the outright win, they are the only team that can challenge Denmark.

Its the only meeting at Coventry that i have been to that they haven't sold out!! usually its a re printed insert that cost 50p and thats a rip off at that price. Still not as bad as the SWC at 5.00 per programme.
-
From what i understand Coventry usually have big crowds compared to many other teams so shouldn't be difficult to get it back especially considering you will be in the play offs when it will be packed as long as it doesn't rain! I think he only responded in bold font to differentiate between your remarks and his answers but you just carry on making cheap points when you most likely also know nothing of Coventry's costs either. Bucko as i call him is having a terrific season so should go well on thursday and maybe Piotr Pawlicki back for the final as i cannot see anyone beating Poland.
