  1. I think they contacted riders but it is a lot of organisation involved for the rider for a couple of meetings, if they had done it immediately JK got injured then perhaps would have got someone and there has to be a limit on money. Kings Lynn tried to get Dudek and failed, some riders think they can hold clubs to ransom.
  2. Sometimes over committed. If it is to be a guest i would always favour the same guest for both legs. Robert Lambert or Freddie Lindgren would be my choice but personally i think r/r is better.
  3. I know r/r is risky but surely the best option and worth the risk considering you have Garrity if things don't go to plan.
  4. I'm sure he will be fine for monday then if he can ride through the pain barrier if needed.
  5. When did he do that? I thought he rode well at Coventry last night and he won his last ride.
  6. Yes so am i, certainly don't want to pay 20 quid for 10 heats! hoping it is only light showers, don't want to be hiding under the grandstand again!!
  7. Good win for Kings Lynn just a shame for the fans they couldnt beat Leicester and be in the play offs.
  8. Perhaps your team needs to be able to adapt to adverse cinditions better, rain forecast monday too!
  9. He should have replaced Robson quicker then his team would have finished first and he would have had the choice. Its not the average that is the problem its Horton's short arms and deep pockets!!
  10. He doesn't he is just victimised according to Havvy!!
  11. There is more chance of Garrity riding into to someone than Newman as Robert Lambert will testify! They don't normally do it in the semi finals.
  12. That will only happen if Garrity locks up in front of him
  13. I think Swindon should win this over two legs, Charles Wright isn't bad and Rose is riding well and i think there top 5 is better than Belle Vue's.
  14. Better than i thought and he is riding well currently
  15. Newman was pretty good at Leicester the other day too but we have our issues, Holder is struggling, he was ok monday but not good in Sweden on tuesday, Watty is riding pretty well but North is useless at the moment, Gomolski is riding well can't remember how he goes at Brandon but he will give his all, Magic is on top of his form so no worries there and Starke rode well at Leicester but not so well at Poole. the main issue is North we cannot afford him to get zero against Coventry that's for sure.
  16. I thought they only put the price up for the final last year.
  17. If Coventry get anyone the chances are most fans will be underwhelmed by the replacement, Horton will not break the bank for a couple of play off meetings.
  18. or the 2010 for us but that doesn't mean it's the wrong decision.
  19. Matt ford always favours the first leg away, if things get tight in the second leg you have most of the crowd behind you, the right decision in my book.
  20. No surprises there and it saves me from a long trip to Manchester!
  21. Dak is a good rider but as i have said before he could be the reason we dont win the title. He is too inconsistant, lets just hope he can be more consistant in the play offs, he will give it everything but often falls off trying which helps no one.
  22. Lawson has ridden well as a away rider at Poole so just unlucky for us to have two off nights and we could hardly have bomber when we were riding against coventry!
